My husband and I love staying here, as it is very close to our daughter and her family’s house. Unfortunately this stay was mid renovation. The rooms are spotless and the staff are excellent. We will definitely stay again, and can’t wait to see the completed renovations.

The staff and rooms are great there just in the middle of renovations so a little noisy but once the expansion is finished it will be a even better experience to stay and relax Great vale for room location and just a quick stay or a little longer stay Once the restaurant is open it will seem like a one stop shop

The staff were amazing from the moment we walked in. Was easy and efficient for access accommodation and our meal, then in the morning the room attendants were lovely and welcoming. Would definitely recommend spending time here to stay or just enjoy a meal/ catch up!

Room was small but clean and tidy. Furniture dated and worn, bed not comfortable. For a one night stay it was cheap and close to our Xmas party venue. Staff friendly on arrival. On & off street parking available which was good.

Don't stay here. Staff terrible, room dirty ,air con dangerously filthy , blinds broken so people on the street could see in and light from main Rd shining in all night so very hard to get any sleep.

This property self rates itself as a 4 star, whenh it is flat out being a 2 star rating. My husband booked in for 2 weeks at a cost of over $1500 as he was down there for work. He had to ask for his room to be serviced and fresh towels when after a week it hadn't been done. The room stunk of cigarette smoke when it clearly states it is a non smoking premises, the vertical blind was missing 3 slats which let the outside street light in...all in all it was probably the worst place we have encountered.

Hi Lee, I completely understand and will check on that room immediately to examine the blinds. I will also look into the cigarette smell in that room as we do not have that issue with other rooms.Our rooms are serviced on request from customers.

The blinds were all broken ,you couldn’t get to the shower because the door was against the basin and the toilet and there was no room to get to the shower, the meal down stairs was awesome but went in the gaming room and customers were so loud and drunk vomit on the floor and the staff were not concerned at all.

Bathroom door would not close. Basin Sink in bathroom needs fixing to wall properly. Ceiling light look like it had paper in it. Round table in bedroom should had the base cleaned properly and a bit of polish.

Good price
Was great price and worked out location was exactly where we needed it. Strangely when booking in Manager says we got room to cheap ($95) and said he would have to speak to rep of booking site. This seems starnge thing to say to customer. Our room had a big air conditioning unit outside the window that ran all night and was noisey.
