The hotel was clean and the staff was extremely friendly! Easy to get in and out, near the wonderful centennial park. I was a little bummed the rooms were carpet but that’s fine. The only thing that was a big issue was that our shower did not have hot water. It’s got “swimming pool” temperature at best, and we didn’t know until after 11pm when it was time to shower

outdoor pool which will be good in warm weather. across the street from the acropolis/ centennial park. very close to Vanderbilt university. nice breakfast service. probably nice for dinner and music clean room. small balcony, could get some fresh air. nice little convenience shop downstairs.

they have a shuttle service to downtown that runs every 20 minutes or so. The place is clean, quiet and convenient.

This place was great for our trip. They offered a free shuttle to and from Broadway and the surrounding area. The drivers Rusty, Bobby, Mike and Josh were so friendly and made sure we were always safe coming home. The coffee barista was the sweetest lady and made a great latte! There’s also a convenient restaurant and bar inside the hotel with live music. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Nashville.

This hotel is very convenient to Vanderbilt, Parthenon and other sites. Lots of restaurants close by and very good restaurant in the hotel. Zamara Angeles that checked me in was very helpful and informative - so polite!

It’s ten minutes from downtown. They offer a shuttle and continue to have reasonable pricing. We stay here every time we visit Nashville . It never disappoints.

So this property needs to have a little bit more convenient for as far as food choices. The snack center is awful I thought and the coffee shop was cute but they need to have more enticing, muffins and cookies and stuff that people actually want to buy some people. They were very very friendly and the restaurant needs to have better tasting food.

Great option in downtown Nashville/Vanderbilt area, the easy and reasonably priced open air parking was a huge plus. Hotel itself met all expectations. We prepaid for the breakfast and that was definitely above average. Only suggestion would be to make sure bedding is available for rooms with pullout couches w/o having to call for it - that did take a while to arrive, and to make sure pullouts are completely free of any stains/spots on the underside cushions...

I booked this hotel thinking there was a pool, the pool was filthy and closed. Also we had a room with bunch of kids next to us that were up till 2am every night. The carpets in are room were stained and filthy. Definitely need to be cleaned and refreshed for your guests. I always stay at IHG hotels as I’m a member. Just usually have alot cleaner hotel.

Free shuttle service around the area was excellent, drivers were very friendly and courteous! Just be aware to ask for quieter side of room if you need a good night of sleep...heard people coming in after MN being so loud from outside activities, banging on each other's doors, going in and out, yelling for at least an hour... heard dogs barking around 1am, come to find out this facility is pet friendly, nothing against pets, love animals myself, i just needed to get a good night sleep for next day's schedule...

Poor maintenance
Staying in a handicapped room as I was in a wheelchair at the time. The shower faucet would run, but the sprayer would not work, therefore I was unable to take a shower. And the refrigerator did not work either. Very disappointed.
