Property is conveniently located and nice. The room was a little "well-worn" and had apparently had a poor repair of the floor tile. Exercise facility was nice.
For that price I would have expected a complimentary breakfast...

The beds/pillows were very comfortable. I liked the mounted shampoo/conditioner and bath soap. I liked he availability of a printer for printing my boarding pass. I thought it would be nice if the lounge opened at 4 p.m. instead of 5 p.m. I thought the price was high...$359 per night. I wished I could book directly in the future and get a lower price.

Never went. Hotel sent out email,at last minute.NO elevator service. Im 69 with heart condition. Cancelled my Christmas trip. They suck.

Construction going on outside of the building and we woke up 8:30 AM yelling and drilling on Sunday morning right front of our window and room didn’t even have blackouts curtains.
I can see guys working out side.
Can’t recommend hotel for anyone till they finish all the work.

I do understand your frustration due to the ongoing renovations in our hotel. We are working to toward making our hotel newer and updated so our guests will have a better stay experience. I think you may have missed seeing the blackout curtains in your room. They are pushed back behind the regular curtains, I understand how they were missed. I hope you might stay again after our renovations are complete or you are in the Naples area.

I booked 2 nights in Naples Marriott. I arrived to find the hotel is being completely redone. There were workmen everywhere the halls were being redone. I’m had little choice in the room I wanted. There was no safe box. There was no unpaid breakfast as most marriotts have. Terrible stay
the hotel was under renovation and the site did not inform this before I made the reservation. the air conditioning made noise all night I could not sleep.
The location was good, the room was kept very clean, the structure of the room was very good, and the staff were friendly. I especially liked the wooden floor.
