Property with broke restroom dirty. The room look as 1800 century
broken toilet bowl broken and patched shower. stained tiles. the broken mirror in the corner. When I spoke to the front desk they gave me credit for half a night but they shouldn't rent those rooms. I ask them to expedite. Please do not rent hotels like this because it ruins people's vacations. If you want to rent, stay away from this disgusting place that is not worth spending your money on. There was not enough food, tourists had to ask for the shelves to be filled again. There was no space to sit down for breakfast. Everything is rubbish. Again, don't go to that place.
Hotel tried to try and charge us 3 times. We booked through Expedia and prepaid. They told us we were smoking in the room and called Expedia and we couldn’t get our money back to change hotels. The toilet didn’t flush. The door to the bathroom barely opened because it kept getting stuck on the ceiling. Really low ceilings. We asked for blankets and they refused. It was the worst experience
Toddler friendly. The pool was clean, the apartments were perfect. The free breakfast was nice. It was very easy and comfortable to navigate especially having a toddler.
The only thing I would say is that I requested a bath tub, and told all the rooms have one, but then was assigned a accessible room. I even asked again at the front desk before checking in.
300 dolars for 1 night, the room was full of sand , hair on the beds, mold on the shower curtain, only 3 towels in a 5 person appartment, not enough bedding, the front desk staff completely ignores you when you complain, the pool was disgusting, there is more , don't stay here
The grounds and pool are nice, the bathroom was not so good and could use some updating. They seem to be renovating some of the units so maybe this one is on the list.

They promote a full service bar (hence the tiki by the pool) but there is no bar or staff there. It’s just for looks. If you’re expecting a table, chairs or couch in your room, there will not be any. Staff mentioned all furniture is on back order for an entire year. But you will have 2 refrigerators 😂

We were there one night which was fine. The rooms are not very nice but seviceable. But I do like the hot tubs.

Rooms are extremely small. Bathroom is not as private located right by the entrance. AC did not work properly. Sheets were not as comfortable. Not enough room for storage.

Nice place average suites have nice layout hot tub was hot but jets could use more pressure and my bathtub had literally no water when turned to the hot side so made for low pressure for the shower and not a scolding hot bath!

Staff unfriendly. Acted like they all hate their jobs…
Rooms only get cleaned every 3 days.. and sheets changed every 3 days. that is disgusting!!! Especially for the cost!! Horlel refused to grant me my rewards points despite being a high ranked customer!! Had to beg borrow and plead for toilet paper and clean towels.
Super cool hotel! Would highly recommend. Cool outdoor atmosphere with lots of fish ponds, 2 pools 2 hot tubs, overall best hotel especially for the price.

Having to drive around the front of an extremely busy restaurant to reach the parking for our room, and finding that many restaurant patrons utilize hotel parking for their dining is disturbing. We were told this was a recently refurbished room, and I'd love to have a chat with the designer, as the room layout was quite awkward with only one chair and no table. We find the trend of No guest services booklet/local dining listing to be highly inconvenient as well.
The grounds were interesting, and the breakfast was nice, but the coffee was unable both in the room and at the breakfast dining area.
The staff was friendly but this hotel should have been CLOSED during their MAJOR renovations. We had no idea this was happening. We would have never stayed there. We were woken up early every morning by construction noise including the roof right over our room being ripped off! It went on all day, you could not enjoy the pool area or anywhere else. Also, the sheets were stained, bathtub chipped. Shame on the owners and Best Western for keeping the hotel open during this time. The front desk attendant said that they had informed Expedia of the renovations, but we did not see that in the description of the property.
