Very thin walls/windows with no noise reduction clearly as traffic noise from neighbouring highway kept me up all night. If the night was not bad enough, the following morning as I brushed my teeth my hair was soaked in dirty water, as I looked up and saw the washroom ceiling light drenching down of water from likely the unit above. My far my worst hotel experience to date. The front desk staff were all kind but I have yet to receive any sort of apology from the manager themselves despite me sending an email with a video attached of the drenching ceiling light that flooded the washroom.

Great proximity to Yacht club. Easy check in, comfy bed. The pillows could be a little softer. But our room was quiet and comfortable. Great parking, too! The breakfast was ok. Nothing special.

The welcome upon arrival was pleasant and organized. The size of the room was very generous. The breakfast was ample. Cleanliness was great. The bed, pillows and sheets were top notch, led to a most comfortable sleep. Most impressed and will return.

Staff was friendly and accommodating, surrounding areas was kinda run-down and homeless/ addicts. However, the property was well maintained. I enjoyed the oceanside and closeness of mall and restaurants. It was cozy relaxing and very easy-going and to get around. I would come back and stay there again

It’s was from the first walk into the hotel. The front desk staff person was quite rude it was about 8 pm We were the only persons in the lobby waiting at the desk. She acknowledged us then said I’ll just be a moment 6 minutes later she asked my last name.

When I got to the room, a bed was not made, the toilet was not flushed and the room had not been cleaned. I was given another room. It was freezing and the thermostat was completely blank and did not work. The traffic noise made it difficult to sleep. When stated about the filthy first room and the cold conditions in the second room there was no offer of any refund or compensation, just that the manager would be notified. Not sure how that helps guests that are inconvenienced. Super disappointed.

Above and beyond customer service.
The hotel was updated and clean, but in a questionable area. The breakfast was not great. The staff were excellent though. My husband accudentally left his expensive water bottle at the counter when we checking out and the front desk person remebered who we were when she saw it and tracked us down. Truly above and beyond.

My check-in experience was horrid. I arrived at 11pm the front desk clerk was refusing to let me into the building. When she finally let me in she was very rude. However, other staff I encountered were very lovely and welcoming.

Nice hotel
Super clean room. Very nice hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Just be aware that the main door is locked(I almost ripped it off). Press the handicapped door button to open.

Poor sleep.
Very clean except for corners of floor near tub. Bedding was a nightmare, the heavy duvet was sandwiched between a top sheet and spread and it was hot and twisted. We couldn’t seem to get the room cool even with window wide open and heat turned down to low.
