"The room was fine, clean, and comfortable. The location was great. Near Petit Jean State Park. My only negative was trying to check-in. We arrived before 7:00 pm as requested. No one was at the office so there was a sign to call a certain number. Having called the number, the mailbox was full. After banging on the door a few times, someone showed up to check us in,"

"The hotel is under renovation and needs it. The staff are great (thanks, Rachel!) and the location clean. The only downside really was the snotty carpet contractor who decided to cut the new carpet in the driveway right in front of the door and gave me attitude when I asked how I was supposed to pick up my disabled family member. He was a jerk. "
