Rooms are so dirty. Carpets are not vacuumed. There are smoke burned in the bedsheets and curtains. No hot water. This not quality inn it’s poor quality inn. Not recommended at all.
Never would I recommend anybody to go to this hotel? This is the most dirtiest smelliest disgusting motel not even a hotel. Remove them from your Expedia..

The room, bathroom and overall property was not clean at all. The tub, and toilet had hairs and stains all over. We did not have warm water our whole stay. The only positive I can say is that they allowed us to gather around the pool to have a good time with our team.

It looked like the hotel has never been vacuumed or cleaned. There were stains on the bed. No one was at the front desk at all.

This property was filthy dirty and no updates or upgrades have been made in 20 yrs. The tv didn’t work, the heat didn’t work the hair dryer didn’t work, the hot tub was empty. Do not waste $ on this hotel

This has been by far the worst I have seen! There was door pop on the carpet in the hallways! The hallways looked like they have not been vacuumed in weeks! My room was dirty poorly cleaned. The only good thing about it was the beds were comfortable.
This hotel is badly neglected I would not recommend!

Worst experience I ever had in my life. Shower didn’t work terrible front desk service blankets very dirty no trash cans. I definitely won’t come back again. I just want to let people know not to go to this place. Expedia shouldn’t be advertising this place.

There’s no hot water or even warm water in the shower. Place is very dirty as I seen highway motels in better condition. The pictures that are posted in the website are a lie. I would not recommend this hotel as it needs a complete makeover

Will never stay here again. I was highly concerned for my safety. Phone did not have a cord to be plugged in. Huge gap between door and floor, had to place a towel. Door from building to public wouldn’t lock. Screen on window was not on, off and on the ground on the outside. Burn holes in sheets. Smelled like straight chlorine upon entering room.

The bathroom was gross, shower didn’t look clean. Back door to the balcony was broken and falling apart. My sheets were stained red, BIG red stain right in front of the bed. Room smelled like a gym. One night my key card stopped working and no one was at the front desk and I ended up waiting about an hour to get back in my room. No number to call or anything.

You get what you pay for I guess. Check in was simple but I was only given one card and no directions to get to the room. I wasn't given the wifi code. I was able to ask and get the wifi code but it never worked properly so I just used my phone as a hotspot. The stair well leading up to our room smelled like a homeless person was lingering in there. there were cigarettes butts and ashes of the cigarettes all over the stair well. This stair well never got cleaned for the two nights we stayed there because the cigarette butts were still in the same place. I was asking myself if this place would be safe for myself and my daughter because the stair well just seemed like no one cared and that there might be a bum lingering around. once we got in the room it seemed ok but taking a closer look I found dirt and crumbs in the drawer with a stained bible. my room was a smoke free room but I found a torch, a half burned cigarette, and a joint roach on the balcony. The only reason I picked this place was because it is right across the street from the Sports center for my daughter's soccer tournament. So it was conveniently located for events that are thrown there. I wouldn't recommend this place if you need a clean space that makes you and your family feel safe.

I didn’t have a way to get in contact with anyone. They didn’t return calls till 5 hours later and had to go buy towels. A guy claimed to be housekeeper and was a homeless guy staying in room. I brought it to management when they finally came around to check rooms and no apology. Unsafe for my mom and I and then over charged me for stay. I even had customers service agent to call no answer from property at all. Room still had someone else socks and food in room. Sheets were not clean and floors were dirty. The tub was dirty and towels he took from another room to try to give me were dirty as well. Not ever going back and don’t recommend anyone ever going here to stay.

Room not sanitized, no towels, carped not vacuumed, no cover or condiments with coffee maker, broken latches, attendant not in desk, NO HOT WATER, when called front desk no answer, no WiFi, attendant found walking hallway with other customers complaining by no one in front desk.
Breakfast eggs labled but no eggs, no yogurt, no fruit, stained bread.

DO NOT STAY THERE!! I paid to have a place to sleep and was locked out of my room all night with no one to help me. I called the numbers at the front desk no one answered. I was cold and scared and was locked out not just for one night but the second night as well even though they had gotten me a new key, it stopped working. When I told them about being locked out of the room yet again, they did not care, did not offer me another room or anything for the inconvenience, I was still charged for both nights even though I couldnt use my room. Worest experience ever.

Property is well located, but very dirty, breakfast is very limited, and finished earlier than other places.

When we first got there there was shady people in the parking lot we felt so unsafe with out kids wen goin to the front desk there was spiders webs n it was so dirty goin to our room ot looked like they hadn't vacuum the halls in years and spiders webs on thr corners dirty walls on our room the tv didnt work n sheets looked stain and thd door to the outside balcony was broken we couldn't even look it for our kids safety wen we went to shower we had no hot water i called n they said they will be right up to check 40 minutes later no one came we decided to leave wen we went to the front desk n told them why they didnt go they just said or boliers r being check they dont work like no common sense we had kids n they didnt bother communicating with us the front desk person didnt ask why we were checking out he was sitting on his phone horrible horrible hotel the worst
