Comfortable beds and convenient location from the airport, good for low budget travellers who are not fussy. The building is old, carpet is in bad shape and there is no security at the entrance. Staff responded promptly to our calls.

The room is the worst I've ever seen in my entire life. It's not even comparable to a hotel; it's in an old apartment building. The room is very unhygienic, and it doesn't even feel safe to stay in.

Room was a little hot and you don’t have control over ac. It was nice to have a kitchen with a good amount of cookware. Nice location, quick walk to the grocery store or food. The pharmacy within walking distance has a 3-day bus/metro pass for $20.

It's clean and not too far from the airport, if you want luxury this isn't your place. It's nothing fancy, old apartments turned into hotel rooms but it's a clean and safe place to lay your head for a night if you're traveling. We stayed twice, one room had a nice updated bathroom, the other not so much. Again, was fine for 1 night, but don't expect the ritz..

Right by the airport. Hard to beat for the price and convenience. Especially if travelling with a bigger group. Nice having the apartment style place.

Don't stay here. The place was dirty. The deadbolt on the door wouldnt work. There was mildew and mold all over the bathroom. There was no running water in the kitchen because the pipes weren't connected to the sink. The front door was falling off its hinges. There was all sorts if noise on the street during the night. Curtains were stained. Bed linens were torn and tattered. The parking lot is poorly lit and has no camera surveillance. The front desk staff were unhelpful. I can understand old and not fancy but this place was neglected. It ranks as one if the 2 worst stays at a hotel I have ever had.

Appartements loués à la façon d’une chambre d’hôtel. Beaucoup d’espace mais les lieux sont malodorants, sales et désuets. On pouvait voir à travers les rideaux donc impossible de se changer dans les chambres. Les femmes de chambres sont venues cogner à 8h le matin pour faire le ménage. Seulement deux prises de courant dans tout l’appartement et il faisait trop chaud malgré le fait que nous étions en mars. Nous entendions les voisins d’en haut parler et piocher toute la nuit. Le secteur n’est pas sécuritaire.

No hot water in shower. Homeless persons in lower entrance. Spilled alcohol in same entrance. Body odour on furniture. Hole in kitchen wall. Overall terrible. Wasted my expedia points towards this stay.

My partner and I stayed here for one night before a flight out of YUL. We enjoyed our stay here, our room was clean and the building was quiet. Definitely some older infrastructure but the bathroom and kitchenette were recently renovated. I would definitely recommend staying here if looking just for somewhere to sleep! Lots of reviews complaining about cleanliness and smell, but our room was perfectly clean with clean bedding and towels, and no oder aside from typical older building smell. We would definitely come back and thank you!

C’est propre mais négligé comme entretien des lieux. Ç’aurait besoin d’être rafraîchi! Par contre on m’a permis de retarder mon départ d’une heure pour m’accommoderais. J’ai beaucoup apprécié.

Arnaqueur!!!!! Horrible
Séjour dans cette hôtel pendant 3 jours voici notre retour !!! A notre Arrivée on nous a mis dans une chambre en sous sol sur chauffée dans la cuisine un cafard sur le plan de travail frigo pas nettoyé et la vaisselle pareille!!! Dans la salle de bain le lavabo n était pas fixé au mur, le lendemain on nous change de chambre au passé dans un plus grande et la c est le contraire un froid, des courants d air les fenêtre ne fermer pas obligé de les caller comme on pouvait. Et pour finir en rentrant chez nous on a été débité de 62€ en plus de séjour sans aucune explication et évidemment l hôtel ne réponds plus au message !! Une grosse arnaque donc éviter au maximum cette hôtel sauf si vous aimez la SALETÉ LES CAFARDS ET LE VOL!!!!!

Je n’ai pas l’habitude de commenter les endroits où on dort, mais franchement le logement que vous avions sentais pas mal la cigarette. Moquette sale aussi. Cela ne donnait vraiment envie de rester dormir. Si vous avez un ou des enfants, svp à éviter.
