Sergio, when you came in to the office the next morning to give us your complaints, I did inform you that you were the first guest to stay in the room since the carpet was professionally cleaned 3 days prior. Turlock has a fly problem because it is a farming community. Turlock Inn is not an enclosed facility, therefore if the door was opened during the carpet cleaning process, there's a good chance flies will be in the room. Our body soap is a one time use soap and is this is to cut down on waste. Unfortunately, if the soap drops on a ceramic tub, it will break. All of our reviews online are verified before being posted by the online sites. I apologized to you several times during your checkout and I was quite sympathetic your feelings. I do apologize that your did have such an unpleasant experience and we will do our best to remedy an issues in the future.
