When girls are doing 18 rooms a day, it hard for them to get all the reserved rooms done and if We at the front desk are continuously running to them and stopping what their doing to run to another room it makes it even harder for them I am sorry. Thank you Donna, Blow dryers are located in the closet in a black bag. They usually hang them near the Iron board. I am sorry that my staff didn't acknowledge that or let you know. I will look to see who was on when you called down. The mattresses are brand new. We just purchased 2 months ago. I am sorry. Thank you for letting me know. I will check on what is smelling in room. Shower curtains are change every day. Thank you.
