There is too much to say so I will keep it short, This motel doesn't deserve to have the Wyndham name,the rooms were filthy and the bed were broken,lets just say that they have been neglected for a very long time, it's not a hotel it is definitely a motel, run down and not safe. I will never stay there again. I was also supposed to get my deposit back but instead they charged me another $65.00 more than likely because I left them a note saying how we felt about their hotel. Just make sure that you research any hotel that you may stay in before booking it because this place was nothing like what they showed in there pictures and they were supposed to have complimentary breakfast but did not. False advertising should be illegal and they should have to pay the price for it.

Disappointed
First room had a terrible smell, had a barking dog next door, and the door had terrible gaps in it. We went back to front desk. The lady was nice and moved us to another room. It was a little better The whole place needs paint and update. There was no place to hang your clothes.

Sketchy
The place is sketchy, along with some of the "residence" there. The room was so so, definitely needs remodeling. The front door had the mechanism falling out. Tv did not work. Could not shut the bathroom door. Holes in the door and wall. The bed was extremely hard! Never again.

My door would not close all the way, the shower had patches all over the walls, all of the furniture was broken, only 1 lamp work, fecal matter on bathroom door and holes in the walls. Non smoking room smelled liked smoke.

The property was dirty. The website check in time is different from what the main office shows so my floor was wet when I got to the room. I had to ask for towels. I had flies and gnats in my room. I was given a fly swatter. There was a gap around the door. There were tv cables coming out of the walls down the corners and across the floor. There were holes in the walls, baseboard was pulling away from the wall, holes in the lamp shades, the door security box was open and the wires were exposed. I had a non smoking room and the sheets smelled of smoke. I'd love my money back!!! I did not stay a second night since the flies and gnats were back the next day. I took pictures and would love to share them if you need proof.

Beware of Hidden Deposit charges
This hotel is a Ghetto Motel. Comfortable beds, great location. No amenities. Nothing works. No pool. No ice machine. Breakfast is cereal, pastries from the dollar store and coffee. Local people live here. Lots of drug activity. $50 deposit per night and it’s a charge, not a hold. Takes a week to get it back. Unsafe and unsanitary. Staff is super nice.

The door to the room didn't shut properly. The floor was dirty, and although the sheets were clean, they had holes. There were also holes in the thin walls, which were so thin that we could hear every word of the conversation next door. The listing said that breakfast was included, but it turned out to be only coffee, cold cereal, yogurt, and milk from a communal jug, served in a dirty alcove off the front office. The price was good, but we won't stay there on our next trip.

Our room was basically clean, but had some holes in the sheet rock. The door may have been kicked in at some time, but it still shut and locked. The bathroom door would not close and latch. The TV was hanging cockeyed on the wall. The staff was courteous and friendly. We attended an evening event and only needed a place to sleep for one night, so for the price it was adequate.

Staff was exceedingly helpful and friendly. Property was less than desirable. Seeing the Wyndham name was hopeful until I arrived. Property was maintained but not Wyndham standards by any means. Looks like construction was done in haste and not completed.

Not what the picture shows
Was completely disgusting. Cobwebs on the ceiling, toothpaste on the mirror, the fridge was not working at all, and they had the mirwave puged into the lamp outlet. They showed us another room and you can tell a water pipe busted and they didnt the wall or anything the things that need to be done. Because of this there was mold growing in the bathroom.

Serveral rooms rented. Bathroom door did not even vome close to closing. Other hotel room door wouldnt open AT ALL after entering and leaving once. Main outdoor lights went out on whole property. Flea infestation at one room.

Hazardous to your health
Hazardous to your health. I understand you pay for once you get but I have seen in plenty of two star Motel 6/super eights in my day. This one is by far the most rundown and unsanitary room I’ve seen. I ended up not even staying there and getting another hotel room 10 miles away. Received no refund or any amount of concern from the staff.

The hotel does not reflect what the pictures show. We went to check in to the hotel and was given a smoking room, the clerk showed us a non-smoking room and the room smelled of fresh cigarette smoke.

Very dirty. The outside was worn, rusted and rotting in some places. BUGS everywhere- on the floor, in the toilet, in the bathtub. Plus our non- smoking room smelled of smoke from the neighboring room. We only stayed there because they were pet friendly.

The front desk lady was nice & helpful at check in & overall service was good. The hotel is just old & run down. You get what you pay for. We ended up here because the motel 6 down the street was going to up charge me $40 a night more than what I already booked & had confirmation for. The super 8 was last minute but it got the job doe & the people where supper nice.
