Facility was dirty, our bathroom was not properly cleaned, our bedroom did not smell clean. Towels were old and looked dirty.

The toilet in our room wasnt working. They moved us to a second room that was filthy, dirty sheets dusty and stained floor. Moved us to a third room with some stains and since was clogged.

The room assigned was filthy! Looked like it hadn't been cleaned, stuff all over both the carpet and the bathroom floor, something in the sink, hair on the sheets (although the bed was nicely made) and killed 4 bugs within the first 5 minutes of walking in.

The person checking us in was not friendly at all.
The bedsheets in the room were stained, as was the furniture in the sitting area. And the worst was the broken security lock on the door.

Stayed a few days to visit family. The lady who checked us in was the worse part of the stay. She was not very friendly and talked poorly about other staffers. The facility was a little worn with an elevator that needs some attention. Overall, I had no problems and the breakfast was good. Room was clean and other guests were quiet. Walmart across the street, another hotel next door and truck facility behind. Lots of places to eat close by.

We needed clean towel and we had to give ours out so they can wash them, the receptionist told us they didn’t have any extra towels, it is ridiculous.

Staff was accommodating and friendly. Room was clean, although sheets, towels, cover on window bench all had stains and should be replaced. Despite the carpets throughout the hotel looking worse for the wear, the hotel was well cleaned.

Have stayed in other Micotel hotels and have enjoyed my stay. This is one that my family will never use again.
Elevator not working properly.
Guest keys deprogrammed, needed to be reset to enter room. Guest access with guest keys through outside doors not working, Outside door needed to be left propped open to allow guest re-entry.
Safety Latch in hotel room broken. Room was not cleaned.
Breakfast buffet not fresh.

While traveling we spend a night at this location. It was disgustingly not clean. The couch had lots of nasty stains. We refused to sit on it. The elevator shook incessantly. The overall condition of the hotel was in was well below any acceptable standard. Hotels.com should not offer this property without a disclaimer. Disappointed!

Room was very small. Toilet worked when it wanted to. Not alot of water pressure for shower even late at night. Had to rekey my card everyday. Internet connection was very unstable.expected more from a Wyndham property. Good for overnight but not an extended stay
