Horrible and worst experience ever at The Balfour Hotel:
The experience at the hotel began with a frustrating check-in process late at night on February 14th. Despite having a valid booking, the night staff initially couldn't find it and mistakenly assigned an occupied room us. After finally getting a room, we encountered disruptive snoring noises from neighboring rooms. The following days were marred by constant construction noise from early morning to evening, making the room uninhabitable.
Despite complaints to reception, the issues persisted, and even the hotel manager's intervention failed to address the situation satisfactorily. We requested a refund or partial refund for the unpleasant stay, but the manager was uncooperative and dismissive, offering dining coupons instead. The manager's lack of concern and inability to resolve the issues compounded the dissatisfaction. Ultimately, we were left feeling unheard and dissatisfied with the hotel's management's response to our legitimate grievances.
