We have stayed here a couple of times and have had great experiences both times! Accommodations were great, although wish there was an indoor pool (only outdoor pool). Staff is friendly and very helpful. We had some trouble with the tv this last trip and Ricky was a trooper, trying to help us remedy the situation! It took quite awhile to figure it out, but we were eventually able to get it!

When I checked in no one was at the desk for at least 10 mins. It took another 10mins for the gentleman to check me in. The room smelled like some had smoked in it recently which was a major turnoff. When I checked out a member from the breakfast staff had to notify the front desk attendant who was hiding in the next room. Outside seemed nice only knock would be potholes. Overall this is not a place I’d recommend based on staff and my room condition.

Awful dirty
The carpets were filthy in our room, the tub had rings, the bedding had stains Not happy at all for a Marriott location. I would never stay here again not Would I ever recommend this location

Well I had booked a 1 room suite with two beds so we could all stay together when we get there we r told we have separate rooms because overbooked. Then we go into our room the mattress for pull out sofa has a huge stain, the room my niece stayed at the floor had a big pink stain. When I told the front desk it’s like it wasn’t a big deal. Aside from that I liked the location of the hotel but disappointed with how things were handled

Friendly staff, outdated scummy room
I like to start with the positive. The staff that we interacted with were very friendly, from the front desk clerk to housekeeping staff to maintenance. Also, the coffee in the morning was good. Our hotel room (210) was not in the condition that It wasn't dirty to the fault of housekeeping (like unvacuumed or wiped down), but the words that come to mind are scummy and outdated. There were stains on the rug, a big stain on the couch, and stains on the bed skirt. The fridge was also full of dents. We've stayed at The Residence Inn Mariott in Tewksbury numerous times and we've always been happy there. Since they were booked this weekend, we figured we'd try Andover. Our daughter attends Merrimack College, so we are in the area visiting a few times a year. I will not come back to this hotel unless there are updates and deep cleaning made to the rooms. Or maybe we just happened to get a "scummy" room, but others are better?

Tv wasn’t working when I got in late at night. I was still on west coast time and wanted to relax and enjoy a little TV before I went to bed. When I called the front desk, they couldn’t help. I called in the morning and she said there was a power outage days earlier and they were waiting for some to come reboot. I ended up finding a cord unplugged and got it going!!

I arrived with confirmed reservations that I made over a month ago. I was told that there was NOT a room for me. I was transferred to another hotel, further away from the training site where I was taking 10 hour classes. I booked this hotel over many others for its supposed cleanliness, room decor, breakfasts and other amenities. It's one thing to walk in on a chance to get a room and be denied, quite another to arrive with confirmed paid reservations and find you don't have a room. Supposedly the transfer was "free of charge" and that "I will get a refund on my charge card." We'll see as it hasn't posted yet!

We were asked at check-in if we wanted no house keeping or every 2 days. We selected every 2 days but no one ever showed up and we were way too busy to deal with it. Breakfast is VERY average but dependable. Seemed to be a lot of trash on the edges of the parking lot and a car full of "stuff" that had been recently rear-ended that never moved. Abandoned? Rather weird. Staff was cordial but not overly friendly Probably will pass on this place on our next trip..

Hi, The room was good, the breakfast was very good. Just one thing wasn’t good was we didn’t have shampoo in the bathroom and to get one was more than an hour that I had to leave the hotel for a meeting without washing my my hair….☹️

Woke up at 3:30 in the morning with bites all over my ankles. Couldn't sleep. Staff was friendly and accomodating but my stay was ruined. Had to stop at the drugstore before I left town to spray the bites.

To begin, the air conditioning in our 2 bedroom suite was inadequate. The living room area was cooled by air coming from the window air conditioners in the 2 bedrooms. Ok when doors were open in both bedrooms but area was warm when doors closed. TVs were on in both bedrooms but no picture and the remotes did nothing. It took very long before repair man arrived on second day of stay. After repair man visit I discovered that in order to make TV work properly I had to manually turn TVs on before remote could control channels. Remotes did not turn bedroom TVs on. Needed extra towels and was disappointed by response from staff. I had to specify the number of people staying in our room but there were only 3 bowls for 5 people. Had only 4 towels for 5. We didn’t eat in much but I would expect the kitchen should have had 5 of everything including and extra chair for the dining table.

The website has the wrong address and the number is too long so it is uncallable. It is impossible to find. My room was so noisy it was impossible to sleep. I must have had a major a/c or fan under my window. I was unable to control my temperature, it was so loud and cold that i had to just turn mine off. It was still really loud. The room was dirty. There was hair in the shower and sink, the rugs were stained. No one came in my room to clean during the day. There was no place to put my suitcase except the coffee table. Most tables had not been wiped, there was sticky stuff on one of them. I was not impressed at all
