Nice place, nice area. We stayed in a holiday unit. It was clean and you can tell that it had been recently renovated. There’s a small fridge with freezer, microwave and toaster.

It was very average for the price! I wasn’t given the password for WIFI the place looked outdated even though I booked a “Deluxe” Cabin it was anything but Deluxe! Lucky only stayed for 1 night! Not coming back! Lots of tiny bugs on bed and pillows the blackout curtains had wholes everywhere so the light passed through the quilt covers smelled probably haven’t been washed.

There was nothing we didn't like. We loved our cabin. Everything was provided for us and it was nice and clean. The shower was great and the bed very comfortable.

I booked a villa with a queen bed, a double bed & a single bed. What I got was a queen and bunk beds, this was highly unsuited for 3 adults, the single bunk bed very difficult for a tall 40 year old to get into & out of. The bunks were very uncomfortable & suitable only for children. The bedrooms for so small you couldn’t put your luggage in there. The queen bed only allowed 25cm between the bed & wall, very difficult to get in & out of bed. Facilities were inadequate, no outdoor seating, no verandah, no shampoo. This was falsely advertised as a 2 bedroom villa, more like villa la crap. Will never return

The park has great facilities and daily activities for the kids and is a safe place for them on bikes. Will definitely stay here again.

There were so many activities for the enjoyment of the kids. They had a ball and we look forward to returning. The staff were incredibly friendly.

A lovely Caravan Park with plenty of things for kids to do. It also has a beautiful indoor heated pool and spa which was so lovely. Staff were very friendly and kind. We had a lovely overnight stay in the Holiday Units driving from Melbourne to Sydney. Park is situated in a great location close to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend staying here.

We'll be back!
Site and facilities were clean. We used the pool which was lovely and warm. Manager Mel was lovely, hospitable and helpful. Cabin was spotless and kitchen had everything needed to make meals. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We stayed in the units, they were a good size with plenty of room to move. Very clean and supplied with all the essentials.

Great stay at the Sapphire Valley Holiday Park
Excellent value on our stay in early November for a modern clean spacious, comfortable and quiet holiday unit. Short drive to Merimbula and a short walk to clubs and shopping centre.
