"Disappointed that room was not ready by 3.00 p.m check in time. Although there were notices for no smoking in the room, there was a distinct smell of cigarettes on the floor and in the room. Overall, the staff were excellent - very helpful at all times and overall our stay was very good value for money."

"I loved this place so much. It’s so unique like Israel is. The apartment was cozy and had everything you need. Location is perfect so close to everything. I stayed here with my daughter for a week while visiting her. The staff was wonderful, very responsive and accommodating. I can’t wait to go back to Israel and I would definitely stay there again "

"We love this place very much and come here every year. The rooms are decorated very pleasantly. The many windows give amazing light during the day. The mattress is superb. The kitchen is comfy. The only thing I was glad I brought with us was the small oven to heat the food. Otherwise there is an electric stove, which we successfully used too. The place has big refrigerator. And it is in the center of Tel Aviv. Just love it! "

"The stay started off well…Dima was a great communicator. The room itself was perfect. Nice balcony and close to everything. He is the not so good…There was virtually no hot water in the shower. some extra towels too would have been nice. Wi-fi was terrible and i had to use my hot spot most of the time. Make sure you get the buzzer code as well. If those few things could be fixed, it would have been perfect. The building is being renovated so i expect it will be a wonderful building "

"Lots of construction across the street (May 2024). Noise level is very high. Property is clean and spacious. I could not figure out the air conditioning. So room was warm. Internet is weak. Equipped kitchen for cooking is a plus. Nice size shower with rain head. It is at a busy intersection. "This place is so well located, right in the action across the street from Mechane Yehudah. I requested a quiet room so had to carry our suitcases up 3 flights of stairs but it was worth it! And I liked the authenticity of the old building in Jerusalem stone and our cute balcony overlooking the residential lanes at the back. Totally cute! Suite was dated but comfortable and staff super friendly and helpful. Loved our stay! "

"the hotel is clean, comfortable and stylish, has enough aircon, but it is missing a physical reception desk in the the hotel. Upon arrival, I had to phone the hotel (using my long distance minutes because I do not have Israeli SIM) to retrieve the check in details. This is problematic because 95% of the hotels in the world have a physical reception. So be prepared for the lack of onsite help. "
