"I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by its beautiful facilities and spacious layout. The restaurants on-site offered delicious dining options, adding to the overall enjoyment of my stay. However, one area that could be improved is the temperature of at least one of the pools, as the water was uncomfortably cold. Additionally, I found the service at the hotel's bars to be lacking. Despite these minor issues, I still had a pleasant experience overall"

"Pros: The property was very nice. The rooms were clean and very spacious. Cons: Upon arrival we were immediately subjected to a meeting with the concierge soliciting tourist activities in the area. "The cleaning lady (Margarita) did amazing!! She went as far as washing and drying our dishes after we cooked breakfast in the suite. She noticed we needed more paper towels and restocked for us. Not to mention she placed our leftovers in our refrigerator. Everyday we came back it felt like it was our first time in the hotel room due to the cleanliness. We couldn’t have been more thankful for her service!! "
