"Patio door in the room could mot close due to broken handle. Patio was dirty, ready for the guest ( no cushions on the chairs and sun beds). Buffet breakfasts was excellent as well as dinner. Friendly stuff. "

"A fabulous stay in a very high quality property. We had booked the apartment with a hot tub. However turned out there was renovation going on in the neighbouring property and we were offered an upgrade straight away. Staff were extremely helpful. The property is of really high quality, spacious and all the amenities you can expect. Stayed on top floor and no noise disturbances and all rooms had blackout curtains. "This is an incredible property, with the best staff I encountered on the whole trip. Highly recommend booking the ‘selected suites’. It allows access to a lounge with unlimited drinks and snacks, as well as a visit to the hydrotherapy spa daily. The suite itself was perfect. Comfortable bed, luxurious bathroom, and amazing views. Breakfast was terrific as well. 10/10 "

"My wife and I stayed here for three nights and we were blown away by how wonderful it was here. Our suite had a kitchen and a washer/dryer. Everything is close by, including dining and beach. The service is second level and the property is tip top clean. I highly recommend!"

"Lamentable el mal tiempo que acompaño nuestra estancia no nos hizo posible disfrutar de las instalaciones del hotel como esperábamos. El personal de recepción es amable. teníamos reservada una junior suite y nos dijeron nos habían hecho un upgrade el cual honestamente no sentimos. La habitación no era como la de las fotos, se veía viaja. Era una habitación muy lejana al area principal (E31) Se sentía amontonada con la cama extra que solicitamos para nuestro hijo. "

"Beautiful grounds & reception areas. The bedrooms are very small however. We had to change room as our neighbours were making noise at 3 o’clock in the morning. After that inconvenience all, we asked for was a late check out but refused & all they could give us was till 1pm. So no favours there. Nevertheless, the staff in general are very nice. "
