Kun overnatning.
Virker ikke som et egentligt hotel, men består kun af værelserne, og ankomstprocedurer virker lidt tilfældige. Ingen mulighed for morgenmad. Den oplyste gratis parkering så ud til at være optaget.

Waren zum wiederholten Mal dort und fühlten uns gut aufgehoben. Es ist kein Hotel mit modernen Standards. Dafür aber urig und gemütlich. Man sollte es mögen, dann wird es gut.

I wouldnt advise using this hotel. Room was tiny and with loose wiring and 1970s decor. No parking although advised but street parking was no problem. Washing was drying in public areas and the whole place permanently smelt of stale cooking. Didnt risk the food. Room was clean but seriously overpriced for what is really a hostel. Malmedy lovely and highly recommended. Just stay somewhere else!

This hotel is shut
We arrived for a three day stay and the hotel was shut. Apparently the owner was resident but would not open the premises. We had to arrange alternative accommodation

There was no stay. The landlady was drunk and refused to check us in. According to people in the town she has a serious problem with alcohol. The hotel should be taken off your site.

The hotel was closed upon arrival and did not re-open. The manager, who various shop keepers told us, had a severe alcohol problem was seen by one of our party who told her that we had reservations and she slammed the door in his face telling him to go away. Late in the afternoon, our party of 9 had to find alternative accommodation in the town which was not easy. This appalling experience needs to be addressed and you should not be offering the hotel for accommodation on your website.

Unacceptable
Hotel closed despite our confirmed booking and owner refused to open after we had waited outside for 2 hours. Had to find scarce and more expensive accommodation at short notice. Will not use Hotels.com to book next time.

This hotel was still shut on 15th May 2023 shut
This hotel is shut so no comments are relevant We arrived for a three night stay and waited three hours but no-one responded to any phone calls/texts We had to make alternative arrangements on a very busy weekend due to the Spa Classic motor racing We all had to pay a premium and our party had to stay in four different hotels

Do not stay here
Do not stay here. Weird hotel in centre of Malmedy close to Spa race track - but hotel in lack of maintenance (eg mildew at ceiling in bath room, electrical socket hanging from wall by its wires) towels seem neglected. Check in what used to be bar/restaurant but now some sort of fashion shop

Les essuis vous semble être négligées mais il sont nouveau et propre,notre instalation électrique est bien entretenu par un électricien.Si vous ne voulez pas voir le côté fashion de l'hôtel il faut entré par la porte principale

Absolute nightmare.
This was the worst hotel i have ever been too. I had to clean the bathroom myself can you imagine??? The owner doesn’t seem to be a bad guy but he lost it really bad!! That’s a nice hotel but it needs a lot of love right now!!!

After finally finding a way into the hotel we confirmed our booking then we were totally ignored. There was a mess on the floor which the male person took photos of. They seemed to have an argument about our booking. The male totally ignored us and the woman went into the cafe and started doing something there. After 20mins or more of being totally ignored we walked out to find another hotel. The behaviour of the owners was totally odd. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone and think that you should take the hotel off your list. If we paid anything to stay here it should be refunded.

Literie inconfortable, on dirait des lits de casernes !!! Les linges de bain n'étaient pas propres du matin au vu de l'odeur. Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué, il n'y a pas de Wifi dans les chambres. Pas de télécommande pour la télé. Petit déjeuner un peu cher pour avoir eu le 2ème jour des croissants de la veille. Point positif, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques.

Ungewöhnlich, aber reizvoll.
Das Zimmer war groß und besonders, weil mit gut erhaltenen Einrichtungsgegenständen vergangener Tage bestückt. Das Frühstück wurde von der freundlich herzlichen Chefin serviert und kommentiert. Im Bezug auf Nachhaltigkeit ist es herausragend zu bezeichnen, weil hier außer dem Teebeutel und der Serviette nichts weggeworfen wird. Dekoriert ist das Bistro mit Kleidung aus der Boutique der Chefin.

Er hangt een vieze lucht, de kamers zijn zeer oud en in de badkamer zaten veel schimmel plekken. De douche was kapot. Na 1970 is er niks meer veranderd. Ontbijt was heel slecht.

Toutes les chambres sont au top,positif et bien entretenue et aucune douche de nos chambre est cassée . Les connaisseurs reconnaisse bien le sytle "Art nouveau",en plus tous les couloirs en marbre ,ce qui est très rare ,tous à été crée avec beaucoup de dessin et savoir faire

Nous sommes arrivés vers 21h , hôtel fermé, au travers la vitre on distingue une dame , sans doute la patronne , dans un état d ébriété ne lui permettant même pas de se déplacer, et se rendormir à même le sol . Moralité nous avons dû dormir dans la voiture . Lamentable

La réception est ouverte comme indiquée sur votre réservation jusque 20 heures ,après il suffit de mettre un mot ,rien de votre part, pas à comprendre . Là c'est le paradoxe ,dans l'hôtel il y avait plus personne et je conduisait des clients à Zaventem
