The setting is bucolic, peaceful and yet close to wonderful locations on the northwest coast. Pollenca is our favorite town by far. This is one of those few places that demand a return visit. "Die zentrale Lage des Hotels ist unbestritten gut. Leider ist es wie oft beschrieben SEHR hellhörig. Die Betten waren für unseren Geschmack etwas zu hart. Leider wurde an einem Tag das gesamte Wasser durch die Stadt abgestellt. Das Personal bot von sich aus kein Wasser zum Zähneputzen etc. an und auch sonst hatten wir keine Möglichkeit (weder am Vormittag noch am frühen Abend) unsere Notdurft zu verrichten oder uns zu duschen. Als Entschädigung wurde uns wiederum nichts vom Hotel aus angeboten....

We tried all of the facilities including all 3 pools and the playground. Staff was always available for questions or requests and gave wonderful tips on restaurants and trips. "
