Excellent location for the property. Totally adjacent to the bridge. Underground parking is perfect. The check in service was brillaint and staff were very professional. The late afternoon / evening staff were less than helpful when wife spoke in English. Bar staff also brilliant and very helpful.

Stunning property with exceptional guest rooms and amenities. Breakfast selection and service was fantastic. True stars of the stay were the hotel team members. They were all customer focused, friendly and proud to provide exceptional service. Claudia on the front desk was new to role and managed our check in with true warmth and efficiency. The Guest Services Manager overseeing her development was engaged and encouraging but allowed her to handle the arrivals process without stepping in. Rare to see commitment to empowerment in action anymore - well done! We will return and recommend to friends and family.

Beautiful view from the balcony. close to everything, the bridge, cafes, bars. we got a taxi from Ronda station. the fare was 7euro. But you can work if you want.

This is an absolutely gorgeous property -- do yourself a favor and get a room with a view of the Tajo. The staff is wonderful -- very helpful with suggestions on where to eat and things to do. The staff at the breakfast very welcoming. I was very sorry to leave.

Location can’t be beat but staff needs customer service training. We bought a local bottle of wine in town to enjoy in our room. The staff would NOT let us borrow a corkscrew to open it.

Breathtaking view!
Our room with a balcony overlooking the valley and gorge was extraordinary! Comfortable beds, nicely furnished room, and large bathroom. Breakfast was very good, staff at breakfast had warm smiles, but seemed overwhelmed at 8:30. bar staff friendly and efficient. Will definitely return.

계곡 전망으로 예약하고 2시 반에 체크인했습니다. 다리가 보이는 방으로 부탁했고 마지막 방을 배정받았습니다. (다리가 보이는 방은 7개) 룸이 매우 크고 깨끗하고 쾌적했습니다만 밤에 난방이 잘 되지 않았고(전체적인 문제가 있다고 했음) 아침 조식이 그저그랬습니다. 그럼에도 뷰가 넘 좋아서 만족!

Amazing location!
Amazing location next to the bridge. Walk to old town and restaurants. Reception (Rosanna) was so helpful with information. The breakfast is plentiful and service from all staff wonderful. You can’t beat the views from this Paradore!

파라도르라고 하면 스페인에서는 알아주는 곳인데도 서비스 마인드가 코로나 이후 변한 것인지, 너무 별로였습니다. 어떤 방은 와인잔이 마련되어 있는데, 제 방은 와인잔이 없어 빌려줄 수 있는지 물어보았더니 와인을 시켜야지 가능하다고 했습니다. 와인 리스트를 봤지만 도저히 시키고 싶은 와인은 없었어요. 프랑스나 다른 국가에 대비해서 와인 수준도 간단한 서비스 수준도 형편 없었습니다. 싼 호텔도 아닌데, 마치 와인을 룸서비스로 시키면 잔을 주겠다는 협상을 거는 것도 그렇고요. 그리고 전망 또한 그리 좋지는 않아서 근처 다른 숙소에서 묵는 것이 나을 것 같네요.

The service in cafeteria and breakfast buffet is extremely slow, there was only two servers for the entire breakfast buffet, it took at least 30 minutes to order hot meal

Beautiful location, delightful staff.
This was a special visit, our first time in a parador. Apart from the beauty of the location and the spacious room, the highlight was the staff. From reception to cleaning staff to breakfast staff everyone was friendly and helpful. Thank you.
