Regarding the one-night penalty charge for a shortened stay, in consideration of the circumstances, we made an exception to the booking terms and conditions by offering a one-night charge instead of the full stay.Additionally, we provided an upgrade to a Deluxe Lagoon room, which offers a scenic view of lush greenery and overlooks a peaceful lagoon to enhance your comfort during your stay.
