the room we stay was noise try to sleep in on my holiday but all the surrounding full of noise start as early as 7 am

Way too much construction. No pool to use noisy for rooftop breakfast. Very noisy at night between 10 and 11. Wait a few years for construction to be done before staying here

It was very elegant, and the proximity to shopping and restaurants was perfect. I felt pampered with the luxury room and the robes and slippers provided. The staff, especially the room service servers were very efficient and professional.

The only downside was their pool is under construction. But that is temporary. We will be back.

Our first room was in the old tower and was dirty, dark and the fridge was filled with rice from someone else. The bathroom door was also broken. Once we moved into the Wilshire side, it was much nicer.

Lots of building work in the area but otherwise it was a great stay. The staff were superb.

Hotel was the venue for an industry event so I paid through the nose for an Oasis room for a single night. It was nothing special, boring, outdated decor, lacking basics like the bottled water we were promised. An average room for under $200 — but I paid over $600! Quite a disappointment.

Jackhammering at 8am. The sink leaked onto the floor and was becoming moldy. The bathtub faucet had water stains. Crack in the lamp shade. Concierge offered my wife $80 dining credit for the unbearable noise, I requested a full refund, neither happened. On top of all of this, the ‘B’ was out in their marquee, making it ‘The everly Hilton.’ Most of the staff were amazing. The concierge (two weeks new to the job) did not hold to his word, and I will be following up.

Loved the concierge service and the roof bar. The TV channels lacked variety and the major networks were not represented. That could be better

Really nice hotel and location, but bad front desk service. Expected better but so disappointed. Will be staying elsewhere next time I come to Beverly Hills.

The Beverly Hilton is my favorite larger property hotel in the BH area. Quiet, very clean, nice gym and very accommodating staff. Always my first choice.

Beautiful property with great amenities, in an outstanding location; our room was immaculate , and the staff throughout was wonderful, from front desk to parking valet to housekeeping to the restaurant and bar - everyone was incredibly kind, helpful and professional!! Check in was easy and so pleasant, and we were given an upgrade to a balcony room, without even having asked. We love this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and immaculate property perfectly located within walking of Rodeo Drive area shopping and dining. The staff throughout were all friendly, helpful and professional and went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. The gym, dining options and room amenities were all outstanding. I will definitely stay here again every time I’m in town!

Beautiful property renovated and room was lovely. Great view, we stayed Christmas Eve in room 505. It was renovated, good looking, fantastic view but the bathroom had several black hairs in the bathtub and the bathtub trim was worn. Also the bed sheet in one bed had a hole. Disappointing in a room that cost over $500 for one night.
