Sehr sauber. Verbesserungswürdig wäre, dass der Waschraum 24h geöffnet hätte. Dieser hat nur von 9am bis 9pm offen. Ebenso wäre eine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer super. Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert.

If I could give the staff at this hotel an A plus A plus rating it wouldn’t be enough! They were fantastic! We had an issue with one of the beds in our room but failed to notice it till 11pm when the hotel was booked completely, with the exception of a room with only one bed. Two in our party agreed to spend the night in the room but the other person absolutely could not. In desperation I asked if the hotel would comp that person the room with only one bed and they agreed to accommodate us. The next day we were given an upgraded room with both beds and the person at the front desk went the extra mile to be sure every part of the remainder of our stay was exceptional. Staff at the Dunes in KoreaTown is the best. We will stay again anytime we visit!!!

The only imperfection was parking space. Each unit is way too small for even a medium sized car. Perhaps in the future they can buy another land behind and expand the parking space

Hotel was clean and quiet (except during the middle of the day). Services were lacking and the hotel is rather far from other ammenities.

This place is overall pretty good. Been here 2 x. This second time, there was a gross stain on the covers of one beds but otherwise the rooms are very clean and comfortable! PM front desk person is not friendly, AM person is.

Clean, recently upgraded, convenient. The bathroom was spotless, the bed was comfortable, the furnishings were adequate with no visible damage, loved the new plantation shutters, large screen tv on the wall (never used). They should upgrade to a keycard system. Grounds were pleasant with foliage around the sparkling pool. Parking was tight. Gated at night for security. Overall a very pleasant stay and we would stay again.

There was no coffee,there was no microwave and the beds were really hard. I wouldn’t suggest anybody staying there if they want to get a good nights sleep. Very noisy with the construction plus the walls were very thin and only one lock on the door!

Good location, good parking. Receptionist was totally disinterested. No coffee or other drinks in the morning - and no facilities in the room. Only place we were charged for a drink.

Pros: Seemingly safe neighborhood, gated parking, security guard on staff, pool (but cold). Negs: Hard uncomfortable bed, no microwave or coffee pot, loud traffic, limited bedding, no breakfast included. Unique: during stay, looked like there was repairs going on. A garage sprinkler was pouring water. Get what you pay for.

Nicely surprised about the bathroom toiletries, plants nicely kept in hallways, nice looking pool (although not sure if it was heated. I did not have a chance to try it due to work trip). The location was perfect for my specific needs.

El hotel está bien, el área de la alberca, hornos y máquinas de hielo,refrescos y café pequeña pero bien, la limpieza de las camas y baño bien, pero la alfombra horrible super sucia los calcetines el primer día quedaron negros inservibles, el ruido es otro problema porque se escucha todo de las habitaciones contiguas, así que se dormían tarde y no podíamos descansar al 100, y en la mañana igual despertaban y hacían ruido y el personal de limpieza gritando en los pasillos y no dejaban dormir desde las 7:30am

Something bit me when I got to the room. The room wasn't as clean as it could have been. Greasy hand print on the wall and dresser. The door appears to need weather stripping top and side. The noise from the adjoining and the street were loud. Only staying one night and I was charged. Why to much. The add for the room stated it was 1.17 miles from the place I needed to do my next day business and that was totally inaccurate. So my stay isn't and wasn't pleasant. To top that, the television buffering was just sad 😢

Clean!. Only thing that bothered me was the traffic noise from the Wilshire Blvd. If possible and if anyone is sensitive to noises, avoid rooms that are adjacent to Wilshire Blvd. Otherwise. everything was good.
