The room was a permanent stale air smell, When you shower. Everything in the whole room gets wet as the ventilation does not work.
I feel there must have been mold as I was sick both nights.
They made me wait for an hour to have an ealry check-in which i emailed them prior coming also i have tried to ring them but the phone was ringing and they did not answer the phone on purpose.when i came i wasringing them and they won't pick up the phone ,after that he could not see my booking and told me to wait an hour for the receptionist in the morning because he could not gave me a room. I was waiting until finally the girl on the morning shift came in. There was 2 customer coming to the reception just before me as she was making herself ready. They said that they wanted a room with early check in and guess what suddenly they had a room and early check-in as well then she serve me and she was rude and lying as well she said she hasn't got a room available and that early check in is at 9h00. I call this segregation and i am french and always goes to accor hotel world wide
and never has experienced this level incompetence and lies because the night receptionist said that he had rooms but could not do early check in. She said that she gave the last room to these customers. Then why are you accepting money before from expedia if you don't have a room. I have paid a room and cannot enjoy my stay because this girl was lazy and the worst thing she was guided by her emotions make laws as she was going along. I am a gold customer with accor and all my family are platinium with accord 5 Members of them with accor. the bottom line is i booked other hotel ibis due to Racism

I gpt here yesterday's and i was told i hsve to bookings, i explain to the woman on the desk that the first booking didn't gove me a confirmation,so i spoke to someone and i rebook, she told me she cant refund me i most dpeak to expedia so this has put me out of money

No lock on the bathroom door which means whomever you’re staying with can walk in and this has happened a couple of times with my family
There is no telephone in the room
The mirror is not located conveniently its near the door in the dark
Lighting is terrible - very dim couldn’t do my makeup properly
Only a double plug socket away from the bed near the window
