The location is good—walkable. It’s a bit tricky for Uber or Bolt to get to because they’re technically not allowed on the block the hotel is on. So I have to get off around the corner and walk over. The bathroom is a bit old, there’s mildew on the caulkings. The bathroom is big but the shower is tiny. Walls are not soundproof—you’ll hear ppl talking, having sex, the pipes between the wall. You can hear ppl walking upstairs. It’s loud and unfortunately it’s not a great space for light sleepers.

Het was schoon daarmee is alles gezegd en bed was prima. Maar in het weekend geen warm water - airco kapot en als je een kamer aan de straatkant hebt kan jij echt niet met het raam open slapen was kapot. Hier kies je voor omdat jij dicht bij alles bent.

Great location in the downtown core, rooms were spacious and water (shower)was nice and hot, lots of pressure which I prefer. Only negative is that it is a bit loud, streetcar and people walking into the early morning making noise, otherwise… very nice! Staff was very friendly.

The property & amenities are basic at this hotel . Room was mattress / box spring on the floor. Very small. No phone in room to contact front desk. No coffee maker - kettle in room with 1 pkg of instant coffee ( for 2 people) Positives - location is great for walking around . Pink street & time out Market is min away. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great location near the main square and a main transit station (Caise do Sodre). Also, easily walking to pedestrian/tourist areas. Friendly staff and clean premises. Only issue is that the breakfast room is located up one flight of stairs so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Dear Elizabeth, we really appreciate your comment. As the building is old and part of the World Heritage Site, we cannot make any changes to this aspect. In these situations, at the customer's request, we can serve breakfast in the room. However, there is an elevator with access to the other floors. We hope to see you again soon.

Great place to stay, good location, lovely staff
Great place to stay. Lovely friendly and very helpful staff. Great clean rooms and comfy beds. Great breakfast, with good choice and always freshly filled. Wonderful location for all the sights and transport links. Close to waterfront, landmarks and shops. Historic building with lift. The hotel is located in a flat walkable / accessible part of the city with taxi access outside.

Personalet meget venligt. Hotellet ligger dejligt centralt. Værelset var ind mod gården og derfor uden lys. Værelset kunne være mere hensigtsmæssigt indrettet. Badeværelset var meget stort efter forholdene. Morgenmaden var simpel. Jeg vil vurdere hotellet til at være et 3-stjernet hotel.

Kære Torben, mange tak for din kommentar. Alle vores værelser har et vindue og er meget godt oplyst. Vores morgenmad er buffet stil med lokale kager, frisk portugisisk bageri, røræg, pølser, bacon, bønner, grøntsager, yoghurt, forskellige kornprodukter, oste, skinke og mjød, smør, syltetøj og marmelade, håndværkskager, juice af appelsin, variation te, kaffe, mælk, skåret frugt, hele friske frugter.

Nice hotel
Hotel was nice. Good location. One thing to check is when bolt/Uber drop you off, the app takes you behind the hotel which is a long way from the entrance. Nothing to to with the hotel but bear in mind if travelling from the airport.

Hotel bem localizado e honesto no centro de Lisboa
Hotel muito bem localizado em Lisboa: perto da Praça do Comercio, Rua Augusta, Mercado da Ribeira (TimeOut Market) e das Estações do Cais do Sodré, Baixa-Chiado e Rossio. Staff da recepção bastante gentil e solicito. Hotel possuia elevador. O quarto era pequeno, porém suficiente para um casal com poucas malas. E a cama era bem confortável e o chuveiro do banheiro da suite era bom. Apesar de alguns comentários aqui nas avaliações, não "sofremos" tanto assim com barulhos. O hotel localiza-se em uma area "boêmia" de Lisboa, então vez ou outra passava alguem na rua um pouco mais "eufórico". Mas nada que desabone o hotel, pois qualquer outro hotel na região teria o mesmo problema.

Big roomy apartment
Was a good little apartment but a few things to consider. The internet didn’t reach to the bedroom. Also for some strange reason there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room at night and we had to keep killing them. I’m not sure where they were coming from because we didn’t open the window and I didn’t see any in the city. Other than that it was a big apartment and a good location. But there was construction in front of it so Bolt had to drop us off pretty far away.

Abbiamo soggiornato a fine febbraio, avevamo prenotato una camera standard ma credo ci sia stata data una camera più bella, forse perchè in periodo di bassa stagione l'hotel non era pieno. Il personale è stato molto cortese ad ogni nostra richiesta, la stanza, al 4 piano con comodo ascensore, era pulita e molto confortevole e dotata di tutti i servizi previsti, il bagno molto ampio e nuovo con grande doccia e bidet, il riscaldamento giusto per la stagione e la temperatura esterna. La stanza dava sulla strada, che è abbastanza trafficata di giorno, le finserte non isolano troppo dal rumore esterno pur essendo abbastanza nuove, tuttavia non abbiamo avuto alcun problema a dormire, di notte non c'era casino. Il giorno della partenza abbiamo potuto lasciare senza problemi i nostri bagagli in struttura dopo il check-out. La posizione è davvero centralissima, a pochi passi da piazza del commercio e da varie fermate di tram e metro, ci ha permesso di visitare la città con grande comodità. Se dovessi tornare a Lisbona sicuramente lo riprenderei in considerazione, magari aggiungendo anche il servizio di colazione, che è servità in una graziosa stanza all'ultimo piano della struttura.

Localização maravilhosa.
Hotel muito bem localizado, a alguns passos da praça do Comércio. Da sacada dava pra ver a praça e os arcos da Rua Augusta. O tram 28 passa a duas quadras do hotel. Só o café da manhã que achei muito básico para um hotel quatro estrelas, mas tudo muito saboroso.

The property is very well located, is close to the turist places, but is noisy and hot (AC is not working perfectly and automatically turns off after a period of time) if you are in the rooms that are close to the street. I was there twice the second time room was in the back, very nice and quiet.

Highly recommend! Perfect location to walk anywhere in the city, 1/2 a block away from lots of shopping, and dining areas, and a 5 minute walk to the bridge, or river. Spacious apartment, that had everything we needed!

The property was so close to everything and the metro stop and many bus and trolly/tram stops. It is very convenient however it is on a very loud street. We struggled to get our air conditioning to work night one so we had to sleep with the windows open to get a breeze. The beds were not comfortable at all.

Disappointed Stay
Really disappointed. A/c did not work during my stay. All the time switching off after sometime. Informed receptionist everyday but problem was never solved. Soap never left in shower as it seems it did not work. To make it even worst cleaner never left any toileteries. I had to go to receptionist everyday and report this and was given some toileteries. Really disappointed with this hotel.

Nice room, but too noisy - Hotel in wrong location
The size of room was adequate on the only positive side. The service was not so good, towels were replaced only after asking at least twice, even if left on the floor in the morning. Breakfast served after 8 in the morning, which is too late when on a business trip. The comfort in the room was terrible and it was almost impossible to sleep. Air conditioning continues to stop without a reason and, more importantly, the room is upfront a secondary street which unfortunately has tram passing by until half past midnight and then starting again before 5 in the morning.

Emplacement ideal. Propreté trés bien. Petit déjeuné moyen, pas de beurre et de pain 3 jours sur 5. Par contre attention malhonnêteté de cet hotel. Nous ont réclamé 480€ de supplémént car lors de la réservation la page web avait indiqué 2 chambres de 1 personne. Comme nous étions 4 ils ont exigés 480 € de supplément alors que leprix de base est pour 2 personnes et identique que vous soyer 2 ou 4 !
