"Das Personal war extrem bemüht um uns den Aufenthaöt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüsst und uns wurden alle Möglichkeiten des Hotels gezeigt. Was uns jedoch gestört hatte, war dass wir nicht darüber informiert wurden über den Lausanne 20 Km Lauf. Den dieser verhinderte unsere Abfahrt um 2 Stunden. "

"If arriving by car, beware. Two lanes of taxi rank in front of hotel. No where for us to park. Had to find a public car park, then walk to hotel to check in. Staff advised us to park just off footpath then unload bags from car. Then given instructions of hotel accredited car park which is a 8 minute walk away. If arriving by train, no worries, as station opposite hotel. Think that hotel website could give forward warnings of car parking situation in advance."
