The hotel staff were outstanding. Not just one person, but everyone who works there. They always had a smile and were willing to help in any way they could. It was nice to receive a public transportation pass for me and my wife for the duration of our stay. We will book this hotel again the next time we come to Lausanne.

Petit hotel tres confortable
Petit hotel avec tout le confort. Chambre tres spacieuse et lumineuse, salle de bain refaite, cependant avec une porte ouverte sur la chambre, peu d’intimité quand on est aux toilettes ! Parking disponible sur place a 8frs par jour. L’hotel est a 20mn a pieds du centre ville : attention, il faut avoir de bons mollets, Lausanne est une ville où ça monte et ça descend, tout se fait dont en montée de l’hotel au centre ville ! Bon rapport qualité / prix pour Lausanne

The staff is very helpful, polite, accommodating. Very comfortable for a three star. My room had a/c, (with climate change no longer a nice-to-have), breakfast was simple and good quality. Even had British type breakfast. Only drawback is not all rooms have a/c and no fridge. Buy an ice box at the local Denner/Migros. There is a dry cleaner next door that does laundry for you. And a few bakeries that are just sublime. Steps away from Ouchy Beach. Great location!

Rooms are much better than Lobby...
Hotel was chosen 100% based on location (near meetings). The hotel reception is a complete dump. It looks horrible - dirty, smelly and old. However, the room was nice and clean, with a comfortable bed, nice shower and an amazing lake view. The staff in the lobby are also not very diligent. When I went to check in, I had to get the staff member to help me from the bar next door and when I went to check out, there was simply nobody there and I had to wait for 10 minutes.

Enjoyed staying at Bellerive Hotel! Grateful to be able to park in their lot. It was easy to walk/take the bus around town (transit pass covered when you pay the Hotel City Tax). I believe they also have bicycles to borrow, but I didn’t have enough time to explore that. Through the parking lot is a walking path that leads you down to the lake within 10-15 minutes, where there are restaurants and parks. On the same street as the hotel are stores and restaurants. Bus stops are within 5 minute walking. Very convenient location! Staff was helpful. Had a beautiful view of the lake from our room. WiFi is available, a bit spotty within room, but there are chairs in the lobby and it works fine there. Would definitely be happy to stay here again.

Die Frauen an der Rezeption sowie die Dame im Frühstücksraum unglaublich nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Der Urlaub begann direkt am Empfang. Das Zimmer war sauber, frisch und mit einem tollen Ausblick. Herzlichen Dank für die erholsame Zeit. Bis bald!

accueil très simple: j'ai donné mon nom et la réceptionniste m'a tendu la clef en me demandant si je voulais prendre le petit déjeuner le lendemain (non). Chambre agréable avec vue lac et machine à café. Bon lit large. Nuit très calme - aucun bruit sur ce côté de l'hôtel. Salle de bains avec douche OK. Par contre le système de réveil en utilisant la TV reste un mystère. L'un dans l'autre, contrat rempli, Etablissement recommandable

設備はすこし古めですが、清潔に掃除されていて快適でした。紹介の写真にはバスタブ付の写真ですが、実際はシャワーのみでした。 トイレ・シャワーに入る扉がウエスタン式の扉で開放感があり、鍵もかけられないので、家族旅行なら良いですが友達同士だと問題かもしれません。 2人での旅行で、スーツケースを広げる充分な広さがあります。

Ruhig gelegenes Hotel mit tollem Seeblick und kurzen Fußweg an den See. Schöne, saubere Zimmer, Bad zwar älter aber gut gepflegt, gutes Frühstück. Das Hotel würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.

Here are some things that I liked about the Hotel Bellerive: Parking is easy. There is a large lot directly behind the building. You get a free train/bus pass for all persons in your reservation. The beds and the room were comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The view of the lake from the window was beautiful. The hotel is close to some parks/playgrounds for children. There is a pastry shop next door. My only complaint is that the tub/shower is very uncomfortable. It is very deep and curves in a way that makes it uncomfortable to stand and shower in. This is a very minor complaint, and I would happily stay in this hotel again.

Very nice hotel, located about 15 minutes from downtown. Buses are frequent and free for hotel guests. The rooms are super clean, and those with view of the lake are worth the little extra cost. Very friendly staff.

This is my second time staying at this cosy hotel, i love the location , The street had all kind of different shops, staff were super friendly .this time i had my room with a lake view, it was breathtaking in the morning. Coffee machine, water , clean towels. Couldn't ask for more.

Venue pour une nuit, réservation chambre double, on se retrouve avec une twin, 1 seul lit double pour toute les chambres!! Demande a la réception de faire le lit en double avoir une couette pour deux , réponse impossible car plus de femme de chambre! Vue sur le lac Léman, pensez au jumelle! Une chambre spacieuse pour 2, étroite pour 3 , propre dans son ensemble bien que vieillissante. En revanche, nous avons trouvé une bouteille de vin a moitié pleine au pied du canapé lit. Le réceptionniste s est contenté de nous dire que les femmes de chambres étaient débordées… ah la rigueur suisse se perd. Nous aurions aimé davantage de renseignements sur ce qui se déroulait à Lausanne à ce moment là de la part de la réception. Petit déjeuner basique mais correct. Nous avons demandé que l on nous refasse cuire des œufs, cela a été refusé, l heure c est l heure..,
