El personal de recepción muy agradable. El AC de la habitación enfrió bastante. Lo que no me agradó fue la limpieza de la habitación (encontramos una cucaracha en la bañera y un gusano en el lavamanos).

OK place to stay
Restaurant nor bar were open at hotel, which is one of the main reasons I chose to stay there. So ended up having to constantly take Conchos to places to eat, I rented on my 2nd to last day because I thought it would save me money instead of paying a Concho. Cable was out in room, did not get fixed till just before leaving. Toilet had problems flushing, never really got fixed, would have to try to flush repeatedly to get all paper or body waste to go down, most times there was still some in the toilet because I did not want to waste a bunch of my time trying to get it to go down. Safe in room did not work. It is close to a hospital which makes it easy to get a Covid test though.

Pessima esperienza
Ero già stato bene qualche tempo fa in questa struttura. Adesso la mia esperienza è stata molto negativa : immaginare di avere uno o più topi come ospiti nella camera!!! Non riesco a mandarvi le foto di due banane chiaramente rosicate da detti ospiti. Ristorante pessimo Colazione uguale

Hotel pool was refreshing and always empty. Plenty of seats. Bed was comfortable. A/c was cold in room. Workers were very nice and helpful.

Hôtel charmant, très bon rapport qualité prix et excellent accueil. Malheureusement, l'emplacement de l'hôtel (prés de la route et d'un espace de fête) n'est pas forcément calme à la tombée de la nuit. Pratique tout de même quand on vient de la station de bus et que l'on souhaite séjourner au cœur de l'action.

Great staff!! Wrong location
Is located next to a stadium and all day is very noisy the music is loud and ends till midnight. If you look for a place to rest is not. You hear everything from the next room, awful and disgusting... you need a car.

The price was 1/2 what you would pay for a Hotel in the beach area. You can travel by motorcycle to the beach for $1 US or rent a motor scooter for $15 per day. Great value for an Air conditioned room with pool with excellent restaurant and great breakfast for about $55 per day. A 250 yard walk to the bus area to travel to other parts of the country........I loved it there for the price.

We enjoyed this hotel; it is rated appropriately. We enjoyed the rooms, they had a cottage feel to it and the gardens were very pretty. We enjoyed the pool as well. You are in the city, so there is a lot of traffic noise and a basket ball court behind the hotel. You are too far to walk to the beach but there are plenty of motoconchos to get a ride to the beach and restaurants. The hotel also has a restaurant attached to it with a very nice menu.

No WiFi in the rooms, we had no.14... no privacy also... could hear absolutely everything my neightbour was doing... and vice versa probably... other than that... clean and nice...

Excelente estadia familiar, para los niños una piscina, las habitaciones tipo cabañitas dan un toque de privacidad, aun no esta tan cerca de la playa pero el tipo de turismo en la zona implica el uso de vehiculos para desplazarse. El servicio del personal es muy bueno.

What kind of Rooster crows all night
I got a nice rate, the bar was nice and the pool was enjoyable, my room was dark a few of the lights didn't work. But the absolute worst was the rooster who lived behind my room crowed all night, I think he did it to get the dogs barking. No sleep at all. If I go to Las Terranes again I will spend a little more monet for a nicer pkay to stay.

Palococo is all right!!
The hotel is conveniently located in the town of "Las Terrenas" We were pleased with the service at the front desk and the people that clean the room. We were not pleased with the King size bed we received. Because it was actually two twin beds push together. One of the nights, there was not hot water. But, they quickly fixed it for us. The continental breakfast is joke. its basically an appetizer. Overall, I will recommend this hotel for the decent prize they charge

Great stay
Lovely hotel, small bungalows, friendly and helpful staff. Centrally located and a few mins walk from a huge supermarket. Would recommend.

Decent hotel just for a night or 2
This hotel has very small rooms but is decent for a night or two. We just used it for an overnight stay and it was ok. The place is nice and clean as well as the pool area. The hotel is about 5 min from one of the beaches in car but a bit of a walk if you don't have transportation. The person at the restaurant was also nice. The included continental breakfast was average.

impatto terribile.dopo cinque ore arrivare in un albergo e non avere acqua. ci cambiano di camera e non funziona lo scarico del lavandino. questo e' un chiaro segnale di poca attenzione al cliente. per fortuna dopo tutto e' stato sistemato ed abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni benino.

the condition is really good, and the town is also awesome.The manager of the owner speaks really slow spanish, easy to understand, and helpful as well. The breakfast of the hotel is really good.

Agréable mais trop loin de la plage!
Hôtel assez sympa, malheureusement situé trop loin de la plage (15-20min de marche), l'hôtel est situé juste à côté d'un petit stade, résultat c'est très bruyant les soirs de match! Et ça dure longtemps... La dame de l'accueil a été très gentille et a téléphoné elle même pour nous réserver des places dans le bus pour Saint Domingue. Petit déjeuner copieux, piscine agréable. Ce sont des petits bungalows plus que des chambres d'hôtel, un petit frigo mais rien pour cuisiner. Confort plutôt bon.

Scary neighborhood.
Cons: Very Bad neighborhood. Hotel staff don't speak English. Located Next to an auditorium. Difficult to find. Pros: Hotel is beautiful. I booked this hotel because i needed something like bed and bath.

Loved this Villa Style Hotel, I would recommend to family & friends. Also visit El Limon waterfall, it's a must see!

Muito agrdável
Hotel muito agradável, com destaque para o jardim. Possui um bom restaurante com preço bastante acessível. Funcionários atenciosos e sempre disponíveis para ajudar. Fica um pouco distante da praia mas o hotel possui pequenas jardineiras que levam os hóspedes à praia ou outros pontos do comércio perto da orla. O único inconveniente é que as janelas não possuem vidros o que reduz a privacidade pois se ouve tudo que se fala nos quartos vizinhos e quando estes são barulhentos isto pode perturbar o seu sono.

Magnifique vue sur la baie et ambiance "riviera" dans les caraibes.Mais, nos chambres situées à coté du hall de réception étaient, affreusement bruyantes !Le restaurant est très agréable, la piscine agréable, domage que l'accès à la mer soit si difficile ( absence d'escalier dans les rochers )
