Everything about the hotel is okay until my checkout date. I’m not sure if this hotel fall or not but the arrangement of the boat to the land was so terrible. Hotel arranged the SMALL boat to pick us up and the weather was so bad , there was a rain all the way to the land and it forced driver to speed up the boat. It was really hurt when we met with the big wave and I fee like being in the roller coaster. Can you imagine that? And this is my first time going to this island. I was worried about our safety and yes we were getting WET, our stuff and bags were wet. I don’t know who should I blame to so I went to the the counter that selling the ticket once arrived at the land, the lady so very rude to us, she didn’t care and just said that “ I told you already not to take the boat in the evening “ Well, was that our fail ? I understand that arranging the small boat with the small group will save the cost a lot but please take care guest’s safely too ! and during the ride, we didn’t have any thing to cover us ! I’m so upset and our lower body are pain now. Please do something Thank you.

全身かゆくなった
部屋を変えたら最終日に身体全身痒くなり、帰って来てから二人とも病院行きでした。もう３週間立ちますが未だに治りません。

スタッフの人はみんな親切で対応もすごく良かった！ 目の前がビーチで景色もすごく綺麗 冷蔵庫がないから冷たい飲み物を飲みたい時はレストランに言って氷を貰いに行かないといけなかった。 シャワーの水圧がなくて一苦労。 そこが不便だったところかな。 クラブサンドウィッチがすごく美味しかった。 周りにはホテル以外に何もないから海に入ってゆっくりするのにすごく最適。 売店もないから飲み物とかは持っていった方がいい。 WiFiあるって書いてるけどなかった。 部屋は日本のビジネスホテルと同じくらいの綺麗さかな。 汚いところがだめな私でも全然泊まれる場所でした。 また泊まりに行きたい。

The location is great. The overall condition of the property is a bit run down, but everything's still fine & in order. Overall cleanliness is good, but I feel the toilet could be cleaner. Our budget room came with buffet breakfast, lunch & dinner which was mostly good. I strongly feel that they should clean up behind their property. The trail to the other beach that starts at the back of the resort is full of their unused or possibly even stuff for replacements; perfect breeding grounds for mosquitoes.

The people who ran the place (the staffs) are friendly and most are helpful. The room is kind of aged, and the meals, however, was disappointing. They need improvement on the meals, they are very bland and mundane to have the similar dish daily, it feels cheapskate and akin to meals in penitentiary (like those you seen on TV), e.g. their pasta sauce is just plain tomato sauce with bits of tomatoes, no mince meat or whatsoever. The only better meal you could have was their Saturday night BBQ dinner. You guys have so much to offer, but really need to buck up and improve. Also bits of rubbish are everywhere, do dedicate someone to clean up the beach and resort areas daily, and also educate visitors on the environmental impact.

What a great place to escape. Nice clean accommodations and lovely staff enhance this beach get away and lagoon beyond. The food was good and bar nicely situated to enjoy the sunset with a cold beverage. Wonderful place to have a low key family get away, even with teenagers. Oh, and the snorkeling and beach are fantastic no matter high or low tide. A place to not miss is you want a great stay away from it all.

Bokade hotellet då jag hade tidigt flyg dagen efter. Bra ankomstservice med fast track genom passkontrollen.Bra rum med det man behöver för en bra natts sömn. Poolen okej, skönt med en simtur efter en lång flygning. Bra service bla blir man hämtad och lämnad i terminalen.

Decisamente da migliorare
Struttura decisamente vecchia, andrebbero migliorati gli interni dei bungalow, poiché oltre ad essere datati, sono rotti, rovinati. La pulizia è pessima, abbiamo trovato capelli in bagno, polvere ovunque, abbiamo fatto presente al manager che ha provveduto a cambiarci la stanza perché era davvero messa male. La stanza nuova era decisamente meglio com’era pulizia. Diciamo che il buffet sta nella media sia come colazione che come pranzo e cena, nulla di particolare. Il mare è uno spettacolo grazie al cielo, anche la natura che circonda il resort è fantastica. Da segnalare l'assenza di copertura Wi-Fi nonostante fosse indicata tra i servizi compresi.

シュノーケリングが楽しい
建物は古いのですが、比較的管理はされています。明るく楽しいスタッフも多く、リラックスした時間を過ごせました。大きなトカゲ（２ｍほど）がのそのそ歩いるのにも遭遇しました。ホテル前のビーチに沢山の魚がいて、ツアーなどに参加しなくても、十分シュノーケリングを楽しめます。 宿泊客が少ない時期だったようなので、ビーチベットの場所取りなども必要がなかったのですが、混んでいる時期だと大変かもしれません。

great setting, resort needs new management
air con remote not working, kettle not working, bulb gone, a swarm of ants in bathroom... and then RATS in the villa, bitten by fleas... they moved us straight away, but no apology... new room... leaking roof in the bathroom... hot water took AGES to come through... phew! the staff are friendly and they do try... the place is great with excellent snorkelling around the island... but the rats and fleas really sucked. the place needs new management.

Del resort ha solo il prezzo
I resort di Lang Tengah, oltre ad avere una posizione fantastica, sono carenti da tutti gli altri punti di vista (pulizia, qualità delle camere, qualità del cibo). Per cui il prezzo pagato x l'alloggio più quello x la barca ( ca 35 euro a persona ) sono davvero eccessivi rispetto a quello che si trova sull'isola. L'unica differenza tra il Sari e il vicino Summer Bay è che al Sari il personale è molto gentile e disponibile.

Family trip in Malaysia
We stayed in the budget accommodation which was clean and adequate. The facilities are very basic and dated, but the surroundings are picturesque. The beach was clean, but needs clearance of dead coral, to make going into the sea more inviting. The staff's services are second to none and they made the stay most enjoyable. Food is catered mainly for locals, with plenty of spicy dishes, meal in meal out. However, this is compensated by its Ala cart menu, simple but not expensive. Overall its a lovely place to completely relax, on the negative side the wifi is very hit & miss, with more misses than hits.

素晴らしいビーチ
プライベートビーチが素晴らしいです。シュノーケルを楽しみました。魚の多さにびっくりしました。ただ、恐らく海の中で、ですがダニに刺され毎晩かゆみに悩まされました。設備は古く、綺麗とは言えませんが、ビーチが素晴らしいので我慢できるレベルです。食事はあまり期待できません。

Run down hotel!!!
This hotel is so run down and in desperate need of an upgrade. Do not book the budget rooms! Reception staff were poor and said they could not upgrade us, despite offering to pay! On the positive side, hotel is in a good location and restaurant & bar staff were excellent!

(Séjour dans une villa jardin) Notre séjour à l'hôtel Sari Pacifica s'est très bien passé. Bien que je ne qualifierai pas cet hôtel de "resort", la chambre était agréable (mobilier un peu trop imposant) avec une salle de bain très grande et lit double très confortable. La clim marchait bien également, contrairement à la wifi qui, bien que gratuite, ne marchait absolument pas (à n'importe quelle heure de la journée). Le personnel était serviable, agréable et souriant. En revanche, je ne recommande pas les chambres "budget". Nous avons eu l'occasion d'en visiter une et la qualité globale de la chambre n'a rien à voir avec les villas. En ce qui concerne l'environnement de l'hôtel, la plage est magnifique, vaste et propre avec beaucoup de transats.

いろんな意味でさすが島。
陸地から島に渡るのに80ＲＭ（片道）が必要。往復160ＲＭ。 「サリパシフィカホテル」は３つあるらしく、サリパシフィカホテル「〇〇」の〇〇が大事で、〇〇によって島が違うので、空港から桟橋に行くときは何処の桟橋から乗れば良いか確認してください。 サリ パシフィカ ホテル、リゾート & スパ ラン トゥンガは島なのでインターネットは繋がりません。もちろんＷＩＦＩもです。　なので島に渡る前に全てネット情報等は済ませておきましょう。　ＴＶは無いです。（私の部屋は）、　ホットシャワーは快適。　シュノーケリングする時はダイブショップで装備品借りれます。（１５ＲＭ/日）

Bättre än förväntat!
Vi var på Sari Redang Island innan, denna resort var fräschare och trevligare service. Vi bodde i en villa vid poolen med två dubbelsängar. Bra varierad frukost, bra urval på a la carte menyn, fräsch pool som rengörs ofta. Wi-fi funkar jättebra kvälls- och nattetid - till och med på rummet. Bra minimarket och japansk restaurang på Summer Bay resort. Fin strand men mycket döda koraller. Resorten var bättre än förväntat!

Proximité de la plage.

We wilden direct weer weg.
De omschrijving van de garden villa klopt totaal niet. Om te beginnen is het totaal geen vila maar een huisje aan andere huisjes vast. De oppervlakte is ook niet de beloofde 47m2 maar niet meer dan de helft. De staat waarin het huisje verkeerd is ook enorm slecht. De muren bladderen af, rondom de airco is de muur helemaal nat, de wasbakken, toilet/bidet, bad en douche zijn allemaal helemaal aangekoekt van het vuil. En tot slot hadden we snachts nog bezoek van een rat(ten) die onze koekjes op het bureau aan het opeten waren. We hebben een zoontje van 1,5 jaar en wilden juist een beetje een luxe en relax verblijf hebben, met de ruimte en voorzieningen. We zijn uiteindelijk ipv 4 nachten na 1 nacht al vertrokken. Liever hadden we er helemaal niet geslapen maar er was helaas geen andere mogelijkheid op het eiland beschikbaar en zijn de dag daarna naar pulau redang (andere eiland) vertrokken. Enige positieve is dat de medewerkers wel enorm behulpzaam waren met het zoeken van een ander verblijf. Ook konden we de overige nachten annuleren terwijl dat in de omschrijving officieel niet zo was. Zij gaven aan dat ze de omschrijving wel juist aan hotels.com hebben doorgegeven maar dat hotels.com het verkeerd heeft genoteerd in hun omschrijving. Hoe dan ook zullen wij het zeker niet aanraden als je op zoek bent naar een schoon, ruim verblijf.

Rats...do I need to say anything else?
What to say about a hotel that has rats? Yes, I a not kidding. Rats anywhere during the whole night. I could not sleep during the 4 nights I stayed there because I heard the rats walking through the roof. Some of them even invaded my room and my friend's room. Nice and helpful friendly staff but how can they fight against rats??? I hope I will never come back.

日常の世界から隔離された別世界にあるホテル
抜群に透明度の高い海が独り占めできる贅沢なホテル。客室は綺麗とは言えないが、最低限のシャワー・トイレ・エアコンの設備は完備されている。プールは小さいが、遊具があって子供が十分楽しんでいました。

Beautiful location but !!
Beautiful location but resort showing its age, the basic rooms are in bad shape and are in need of some refurbishment. The staff were helpful but can only do so much with the resort in need of a serious update.

Great for getting away from crowds & the rat race
Hotel is a bit tired but clean. Service was excellent, they catered to our requests and also assisted us with down wifi connections. Food was adequate and could do with a varied menu day to day

Good hotel
In front of beach is very beautiful and there are so many fishes. And we found so many NIMO by snorkeling. Hotel quality is good but shower room and toilet is little bit dirty. We expect to improve it for next visiting.

bad service.
front desk almost gave my US passport to someone else with blond hair. restaurant service was not good, too many flies, and no glasses or fruit left after Chinese tours sat down. I had to get my own water 3 times. bug bites in the bed. power outage every day between 4-6pm, no hot water or A/C.
