"The location of the property is great for skiing- ( minute walk to the Canillo gondola. Restaurants and grocery nearby. The apartment was small but adequate for 4 people. Clean and warm. The property company was rather disorganized. We arrived to find that our assigned parking space was occupied. Then we were assigned a temporary spot which was also occupied. The apartment did not have enough utensils for 4 people (the official occupancy) and there was not enough hot water for 4 people to...

"In despite of excellent communications and support from the staff, it is unfortunate that they have been let down by a property that is tired and in need of a facelift! The sofa beds were old and in some instances broken and in need of a replacement. There was nowhere really to dry ski gear and car parking is only suitable for small cars. Overall, I would say an average property with exceptional service!"

"The apartment was comfortable, however a little dark. Close to everything, including ski rentals and the slopes. The parking is terrible, so tiny and hard to park in; even with a small car, it took us half an hour to get it parked and then to take it out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "Very clean, comfortable rooms, spacious. Ski lockers were available but had to wait a day for a key to be available, and the pool was not free of charge, it was 10 EUR and had to be pre booked. Other than that, food and bar were great and staff were always very welcoming and helpful!"

"This is a great option if you plan on skiing in Pal Arinsal. The ski rentals are a few minutes away, so is the gondola. The receptions are absolute gems and help you throughout your stay with directions and advice. The room itself was clean, compact and most importantly warm. I slept heavenly but I don't have any rheumatic problems so take my advice with a pinch of salt as the mattress was pretty firm and not too dense. All in all, I will be revisiting it next year. Breakfast was great as well!"
