1.Upon arrival i have informed staff that i have booked 2nd booking 1.15-17/02/19 and 2.17-18/02/19 due to i have a late flight on 17/02/19 but staff did not do it completely. On 17/02/19 at 2pm i came back from hang out and found out that my key card did not work, so i have to go back to the reception and asked them to activate the key. At that time it took around 15 mins due to i have to recheck in again even i have told them that “i have 2 booking and i wanted to do it complete since check in”
2. On 15/02/19 nearly midnight I requested additional key card due to i went out for smoking and my gf already slept at that time, so i didn’t want to disturb her. Then I requested additional key card to open the room and will return back to them in the morning but got reply that i have to pay around 50 ringgit for additional key. Finally he offered to open the door with his master key because i told him that my gf already slept and i might not get into the room if no help to open it. I recommend you guys to stay other hotel around might be better
