Clerk could not find booking. Continued to dispute even after repeatedly show booking number and paid invoice. Argued that it must be for another branch. 15 mins later i got a key !! Not what you need at 11pm.
Upon checkout counter not open. Even though sign on door and advertise 24 Hours. Did not get my key deposit back as I had to leave to get catch a flight. RM20 lost.
At first, I just try it for 1 nights to see either im comfortable or not. Then when i check in, I found out the cleanliness was 10/10 plus the service also good. Then, i add 1 more nights to stay again to continue my travel here.
The place was very far to go everywhere, not easy to find eating places.

The hotel manager keeps my deposit of 20 ringgit and when we arrived thought that we haven't payed the room. The area around the hotel is terrible. Good only for the position, very close to the Subang Airport
I had stayed here several times and kinda love the surroundings. Many parking spaces, restaurants and convenient stores. Also the internet connection was great. The only bad thing that the housekeeper tend to use the same bedsheets, pillow cases and blankets several times and unwashed. I could smell the bad odors from the pillow and blanket. They’re not using the laundry service as the housekeepers would wash everything. The management should look into this matter!
It was cool And nice to stay
But the environment was a bit noisy even when i am inside the room can hear very loud the staff talking and opening musics which is not good
