Hotel location was alright. We got a room with a parking & other rooms view while there are so many empty rooms available. Check-in was alright, but we had to asked for the second keycard room (or, it was just me who thought it'd be mandatory to get two keycards unless there is one guest staying). The room & restroom design are nice. Plenty open space for bags & a few hangers. Two pairs of slippers & two extra towels for swimming available in the room. Mirror is nice & big, but table is a big small. Not much TV channels available. The sheet had a female's period left from the previous guest. Towels are clean. The room was specious. Housekeepers are friendly. The swimming pool was quite shallow & it was seperated from the hotel not far at all, but you will actually have to walk on the road where guests driving into the hotel. Not recommend for kids who plan on using swimming pool facility. Quite troublesome regarding the parking space: especially, in the rainny season.

เช็คอินของวันที่ 17/06/2018 ตอนนั้นเป็นเวลาเที่ยงตรง แต่พนักงานให้เราเช็คอินก่อนได้ ซึ่งปกติแล้วต้องเป็นเวลา 14.00 น. พนักงานบริการดีมาก ตั้งแต่เช็คอิน จนวันเช็คเอาท์ เป็นโรงแรมที่ดี ใหม่ สะอาด. ป.ล ข้าวต้มกุ้งอร่อยมาก ไม่ต้องปรุงเพิ่มเลย

Sheets torn and stained or dirty - couldn’t tell but requested them to change them - was told that housekeeping was gone for night. Didn’t offer to change our room but they did get a man to come and change sheets. Back of hotel was unpleasant to look at. Wouldn’t stay again

Modern building just north of the busy tourist area in Krabi. Helpful staff at reception, easy to find close to hospital. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, night markets, etc. Mangrove river walk very close. Comfortable room, good shower, good wifi. Nice swimming pool and garden area at rear of property, staff here particularily kind and helpful. Watch out for cheeky monkeys in the evening.

Great hotel and very modern rooms. Nothing within a 5 minute walk for drinks and food, so not the most convenient location if you ask me.

The hotel was fine and the staff were excellent. It was a short walk to the night market with great food options and convenient and easy to rent a scooter at the hotel. Staff were very helpful in arranging a taxi to the airport. The breakfast was ok but really missed good coffee. They only offer instant coffee. The water only trickled out of the bathroom tap. No hot water in the shower and the room was mostly clean but some areas on the wall by the bed table were dirty and was unappealing. Overall it was fine for the price.

Pour son prix il remplit ses fonctions et a part le lobby très triste le reste est assez mignon plutôt confortable . Petits détails de manque de propreté dans la salle de bain mais rien de grave . (A part que la chambre n'a pas été faite le lendemain ... )

Okay for price
A neat and tidy hotel. We arrived and being after 8pm had trouble finding a meal nearby. We were directed to turn left from the hotel. It is about 500-600m to the centre of town with mount markets etc had we turned right. Once we discovered this, the location was decent. The “balcony” of the room was tiny - filled with a small table, chair and ash tray. The rooms are noisy, between traffic and being able to hear all noise from next door. There was a gap of about 15cm at the bottom of the curtains that let the light strike you right in the eye from the bed. The pool was pleasant. But it was an hour before we got our cocktails as they ran out of ice. Reception staff were indifferent at best with each encounter.

close to krabi hospital where my friend was having some issues taken care of. Hotel was very accomodating even though they were busy. rooms were good but not amazing. Breakfast was meh... Best part was the pool and the couple who ran the bar at the pool...friendly, nice people The night manager was also very helpful. Would stay there as my first choice if ever anyone was in the Krabi hospital.

This is a nice hotel in Krabi town. I stayed a night and for that purpose it was fine. The staff were helpful and ensured I could book a van for my onward trip to an island. The hotel is next to a busy highway and you may wish to ask for a room overlooking the pool instead since it is quieter. The airconditioner was old and wheezed noisily through the night.

hôtel très agréable proche marché de nuit
hôtel agréable tout près (800 mètres) du marche de nuit de Krabi, et c'est vola qui est agréable. Piscine appréciable, personnel sympathique, peut être faire un effort sur le petit déjeuner, pas top, pas de fruit, le café n'est vraiment pas bon, mais hôtel bien placé

Stayed for only one night, tried to extend but the property was full. Everything was okay. Was a short walk to the center of Krabi Town, was convenient for what we needed. Did not use the property amenities. Air conditioning worked very well.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms are comfortable, the staff is very nice. The pool area is also super for winding down the evenings. It’s right by the river which is great for walks.

THE HOTEL WAS LOCATED JUST BY ROADSIDE ALLOWING EASY ACCESS TO GO PLACES. THEY EVEN HAVE POOL AND MASSAGE FACILITIES INSIDE WHICH WAS CONVENIENT FOR US DURING OUR LAST NIGHT. ALL THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, EVEN WITH LANGUAGE BARRIER THEY MANAGED TO DELIVER WHAT WE WANTED WITHOUT COMPLAINING.

Just okay
The breakfast was very poor, the service was fine. The room had what you need for a transfer night, but I wouldn't stay there for several nights. Also, the aircon was spewing out chunks of ice.

Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Schöne große Zimmer. Ist etwas hellhörig, aber okay. Man ist schnell zu Fuß in der Stadt und somit bei allem was wichtig und sehenswert ist. Frühstück ist gut, kein Buffet, aber gut und frisch.

We had two, one night stays, the first visit the door keys weren't working, and the second visit the bar/restaurant was closed. The hotel is a little run dow, not the best but ok for one night.

Petit coin de paradis
Chambre avec vu sur la piscine incroyable. (ne pas prendre vue sur la rivière car il y a la route entre la rivière et l’hôtel, bien passante donc moins calme) Un accueil chaleureux du personnel, une chambre spacieuse avec un balcon. Petit bémol la clim un peu bruyante (mais il y a une clim c’est déjà ça) Attention en basse saison, réserver le petit déjeuner la veille. Gros point positif, la piscine très sympathique avec un coin jacuzzi, une petite cascade, des jets de quoi se rafraîchir sous un soleil de plomb. Concernant la localisation, c’est en bord de route mais c’est très calme. A 10min à pied du centre ville ce qui permet d’aller au marché de nuit tous les soirs pour manger un bon repas local pour pas cher.

Nice hotel but didn’t see any front end staff smile once. Pool is beautiful and clean. You have to pre order and pay for breakfast a day ahead which we did but when we tried to go for breakfast we were sternly told about this policy like we did something wrong. We met the requirements for the breakfast and were served cold eggs. There are many good restaurants in Krabi with amazing breakfasts. Overall good hotel and it’s a very short walk to everything you need. Spa is closed here due to their covid concerns and lack of customers. In town you can get everything.
