We are a family run hostel that provides budget accommodation at a prime location.we don't have extra facilities like gym room and swimming pool, which are not necessary for budget travelers and who mainly like sightseeing outside. At the first night when checking in, we mentioned you need come back here the night before of you check out date to take back the room deposit (which is PISO 1000). Becuase of our office hours every night from 9 AM - 1 AM. On the other night, you called the staff to open the room door for you because you forget to bring your room card when you go out at the midnight time and we mentioned our office hours again and remind you again please don't forget to come the night before of your check out date. At the end, you check out in the early morning, didn't come back before and you don't call us when checking out in the early morning. For the deposit will refund to the guest when checking out. And our reception is located at 13 floors flat C2, we do clean the room every day for changing rubbish bin but we will clean up the bed sheet and pillow case after 3 days which the guest stayed and for save the earth, we suggest all the guest can bring their towels themselves, if you forget there have a shop called " Japan Home", you can buy it just next to our building or you may request at the reception too.Hong kong hostels are located in old building so you will see many different hostels inside the building.Hope you see you next time.
