Dear Guests, Thank you very much for your review. Unfortunately, you did not stay at Paradise Island Estate but at a different resort so we have to disagree with your thoughts on our hotel. How can you review us with the lowest score after not experiencing our resort. We wish you all the very best.

Dear Guests, Thank you very much for your review. Unfortunately, we try our very best to accommodate our Guests as it is our main priority. You were allocated the room type you had booked but wanted a large kitchen, we upgraded you free of charge for you to make use of the large gourmet kitchen and you were very pleased with that so we were to know you were happy. To inform potential Guests, cottage suite has a plasma TV 42 so not small, bathrobes are available, kitchen has all the facilities with a 2 fire gas for you to cook too, microwave and a large fridge, so all in all you are not telling the truth in this regards. We understand that sometimes we can't pleases everyone but our room types and pure oasis have won few award and with over a thousand reviews, Guests will understand that your review is not correct. However, we would like to wish you all the very best and to enjoy your holidays wherever you travel in the world. Kindest Regards,

Our main priority is to ensure our Guests best possible services, in your case you were relocated at a beachfront suite hotel that was more expensive than our resort due to a last-minute problem at your booked room in Paradise Island Estate. On this occasion and as usual, our priority was to find a room type within same characteristics as paradise and the room you had booked for. We have you a room you seen and agreed on.
