Dear LesleyThanks for your review and we appreciate your feedback.Im glad the team managed to solve your sleeping issue and that your stay became more comfortable and I hope you took some of our Charcoalogy products back with you.We do promote our Resort being located on a hill and though only 5 minutes drive to Fishermans Village and the Beach, unless you have transport it can be harder to move around.Kind regards

Thanks for your review and sorry we didn't live up to your expectations.Yes, we are up a hill which we clearly promote through all our online content but we are only 5 mins drive by scooter from Fishermans Village. Our guest services hold all bathroom amenities which are available via our Whatsapp Chat and apologies if this wasn't explained on arrival.Regards..
