The staff here were exceptionally friendly and professional. Folk at reception was super helpful all the time, and Ball that served us when we were relaxing down on the beach or by the pool, was always a great pleasure to deal with. The rooms were fantastic and the location was nice and quiet yet still close enough to all the action. The only thing that we could pick on was that the cocktails served by the beach/pool definitely did not have any alcohol in them, which, let's face it, defeats the whole purpose. Although not a big problem, and isn't enough for us not to stay there again as we most definitely will. All that being said, I still give this place a 5-star review as it was such a fantastic stay with fantastic staff. Highly recommended.

The general pool area, bar and dining area were ok. But we had problems with the room; no power in the bathroom and couldn’t lock the patio door. Also, the room I booked appeared to be next to a pool, so I was expecting to be able to just step out into that pool. However, this was not the case, as pool sides were too deep to be able to comfortably climb in and out. The premises were on many levels so we were constantly climbing up/down steps, definitely not wheelchair friendly. Overall, the rooms were ok bit in comparison to other resorts, this resort is now out of date.

This location is one of the best on beautiful Chewang Beach. This is our second stay here this trip. Beautiful to walk out the door to walk the beach. In calm weather, this is also a great place to swim. KC also has a couple of lovely pools. The massage ladies just on the beach are great, too. You can have a massage while you Listen to the waves. Hard to beat! Staff are friendly and most helpful. Breakfast is well done with good choices. I would recommend this place!

I stayed in a villa for approximately 2 weeks during the end of the November raining season. So the hotel was rather empty. All in all, this was a great choice for me, travelling solo. Close enough to all the shops, bars and restaurants, but also far enough away to have some peace and quiet. The staff is polite and attentive. The breakfast buffet is all you need with no frills. Sometimes a little strange, serving things like spaghetti and marinara in the morning. The room was cleaned daily. The facilities were adequate. And I would absolutely stay here again!

Relaxing stay on the beach
This was a beautiful and peaceful location right on the beach. The facilities were somewhat basic, but suited my needs. I spent most of my time on the beach and in the ocean, which was quite memorable. The service here was very friendly and courteous. My only complaint is that the liquor might be watered down a bit. Other than that, the food was nice.

We loved our recent stay at KC beach club. Having stayed at other great properties on Chaweng beach on previous occasions we booked this property with an open mind and no expectations, however we were absolutely thrilled to arrive at our amazing Villa room, with a private pool larger than any other we've had before, situated right next to the main pool and beach, we could open up the courtyard shutters if we wanted a view of the ocean, or close them up for privacy, it was absolutely perfect and the room was so spacious with a beautiful rainfall shower, spa bath and huge comfortable bed. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast included in our room rate was not as extensive as what we've had at previous properties, but still perfectible acceptable and given the great room rate, it really was not anything to complain about! The ladies at the beach massage hut were so great too, I had a relaxing one hour massage and manicure/pedicure. My husband is a smoker and he was very happy there were plenty of accommodating areas for him to enjoy his cold Changs and Cigarettes. There was a real mix of guests who were enjoying themselves at the resort while we were there, from young and middle age to older elderly couples, young families and professionals, it was a great all round resort, and only just 100m from the main shopping centre and lots of street restaurants in Chaweng, overall, very impressed and would definitely recommend the property to others.

Shabby party hostel - STAY AWAY
I booked this for our young family as it had a '2 bedroom' option. When we arrived the reception was smelly and dated, the guy taking our bags dropped everything off the trolley within the first 5 metres... not a great start but looking forward to seeing the room. He then takes us up what looks like a staff entrance, across the poolside fake grass that's all bumpy and filthy to our room. Its hot, right next to the main pool which is blasting dance music. The rooms are big but that's about the only nice thing I could say... the whole place is dated, stinky and feels like a cheap backpackers. We finally get the 80's aircon to work but quickly agree for the money we paid this place doesn't meet our expectations. When i raise our concerns the staff were at least friendly but they still ended up charging me 9000 baht to cancel even though we hardly touched the rooms. When I told them we had a 2 year old and the music was too loud, they said 'you should have known its a party place from the word club in the name'. I guess this place would be good if you're in your 20's, looking to party and don't pay more than 3000 baht per night... but banana fan next door looks SO MUCH nicer and they actually have a restaurant... KC only had 5 or so items on the menu and all super expensive. In the 2 hours I waited for them to agree to partially refund my 3 night stay, 2 other groups came in complaining about things, aircon not working etc... it seemed like they don't really care.

Spacious rooms. Food and beverage staff are not intrusive but always on hand when required. It was quiet in Koh Samui during our stay but I think the hotel could be noisy when full. Two pools to choose from which are both clean and well maintained. Good value for money. Special thanks to Deuane, Peter (food and beverage), Wan (housekeeping) and To Meen for arranging transport.

Great hotel but shower door does not stay closed so there is always a wet floor in the bathroom. Also the bathroom sink does not seem to drain all the water in so there’s always water floating in the sink. we asked to be moved to another room which they were happy to give us but the other rooms have the same issues. Other that those two things, which could easily be fixed by management but for some reason they don’t, it’s a really great place.

Beautiful views over the ocean with nice pool. Also had a great location on Main Street. Excessive charges for bottles of water and happy hour deals were not valid during pool party which was not a pool party. Free breakfast was nice, but disappointed with the restaurants.

it is located around the end of Chaweng Beach- not the hottest spot, but work for me. The building is a little aged, but all facilities work well. I enjoy the time there and see it a good choice for staying at Koh Samui. The staff is friendly, like a lady called May. She gave us a warm greeting and help us on check in.

Typically when you go on a vacation regardless of the amount of time you expect the facilities, amenities and staff to be industry leading. Particularly, when designated a VIP Access Expedia hotel. I coordinated a shuttle pick up 2 days in advance via email with my flight information and they did not pick me up. I was on the line with the hotel for 20 minutes before I decided to just take a taxi instead of explaining what was confirmed. Upon arrival, there was no explaination of the facilities. Only the VIP benefits. Given my long travels, I was dead tired and went to bed at 1030pm. At 3am the AC went out and the heat and humidity woke me up. Facilities came quickly and worked on it for an hour and wished me well. Now let’s talk about the facilities. It was absolutely amazing. More than I could have imagined. Pool off of my patio and another pool at the beach club and then beach access. Music, food and service was top notch. The music pace changed with the time of the day. The service team at the pool made me feel like a king. Kept me hydrated and fed whenever requested. They worked well as a team. Very coordinated and engaging. Although it started off with issues, my overall experience was amazing. I still highly recommend KC Beach Club

A very clean and well presented resort. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout. Lovely pool and beach areas. Breakfast was good and catered for everyone. We only had a pizza by the pool one lunchtime but this was tasty. The location is excellent - close enough to bars and restaurants but off the main drag so not noisy. Would highly recommend this hotel.

run down and overpriced
the photos are 15 years old, the hotel is run down, the wifi is horribly slow (2mbps) then the staff tried to bribe us with a free meal to write a nice review... which is probably why half the below reviews are good.... its also 15mins walk from anything at all to do. we transferred to arkbar for 1/4th the price and had a far nicer room and experience.

Dear Khun Roger, It's just about to be our hotel's 6th anniversary, so I'm quite surprised that it looked 15 years old so far. The wifi is indeed slow when you use the user of the public user "NEO Restaurant" instead of your room account since the other one was for 100 users and your room is just for your room users. We have our social game program which guest may or may not review, for sure we won't force them to do so but yes as a reward, we do have gift but as a complimentary thank you for the review not a bribe. I'm sure some of the guests may have different expectation when it comes to preferences. We also have guests who transferred from there as well, due to loud, noisy in the night and smelly rooms. Anyway, we always hope to improve and better ourselves for better services and guest satisfaction so thank you for your comment.

Great location.. friendly and helpful check in staff . Breakfast staff could use some training and be more helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The shower door didn’t close properly so lots of water on the slippery marble tile . There is are two frosted glass panels in bathroom , one to the outside and the other a very large one along the wall to the bedroom .. this brings light into the bedroom all evening from the outside corridor . Koh Samui Beach was littered with garbage the three days we were there.. not sure if they have a program in place for cleanup or if each hotel is responsible for their own piece of beach .. this property did the best job of any to keep the beach clean.. red flags 🚩 on beach our entire stay so not able to swim in the ocean. The location is excellent for accesss to chaweng road restaurants and shops . The hotel is looking a little tired .. I expected a bit more for the high price .. not sure if I’d give it the 4 star rating it has online . Perhaps 3. The bar / restaurant prices very high so we went elsewhere for food and drinks

Staff was very helpful. But wonder if their Room Service Procedure not including refilling amenities, changing/cleaning the used cups/glasses & didnt make the bed since our total stay was 4 days. However, those were made up once upon requested. For the breakfast session, the kitchen will not make sunny side unless you highlight by saying "fried one side" Quite not a clean Beach. Overall, the stay was good!

The Staff on the Front Desk were fantastic. Thank you to Lisa,Beer,Jeera,Palm and Jack..A special thanks to our Room Maid who was great..Also thank you to the polite pool attendent( been there 2 weeks)..And thanks to the dining staff. All on All a Great Experience.. Thanks.!

Another one please!
The hotel is in a great location in Chaweng beach. There are two nice swimming pools and a direct access to a beautiful beach. The room was spacious, basic cleaning, the toilet flush was not always working. Sadly, it was very noisy as the hotel staff let drunk guests do whatever they want until early morning. The WiFi was very bad and we needed to login again and again. Great choice of food even though there were ants in the bread baskets. Some staff were nice and friendly but overall absolutely not client centric, not proactive (needed to wait to be served). Last but not least, the new year’s party was a total disaster. The band and show were very bad and all guests left before midnight.
