Dear P., thanks for your feedback. You never stayed with us! It is not fair to write such a feedback if you never stayed with us. You have cancelled your reservation two or three days prior arrival! How would you rate our hotel if you were not our guest? HOW? You never stayed with us! You have booked an SPECIAL DEAL - with 100% deposit at the moment of booking - non refundable: Not possible to cancel or change the dates anymore. This is written in big letters in your confirmation. Please, if you do not know your travel plans exactly - do not book a non refundable rate! We recommend a travel insurance for this, too. We do offer 2 different rates: 1 rate is flexible with the cancellation and the other one is a little bit cheaper (deal) - but only bookable with 100% deposit. Es freut uns, dass Sie unsere ausgezeichnete Küche loben und auch unsere Mitarbeiter Sie aufmerksam bedient haben. Wir würden uns freuen, Sie bald wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen! Unser Hotel hat eine lange Geschichte mit über 400 Jahren. Wir investieren jedes Jahr in die Substanz unseres Hotels. So wurden die Badezimmer adaptiert und renoviert, ebenfalls wurde der Spa de Charme komplett renoviert und wir sind stolz nun auch Mitglied bei Leading Spa Resorts zu sein. Wir haben keine Klimaanlage, dies ist korrekt. Das ist aber auch keine Voraussetzung um ein Luxushotel zu sein. Wir sind ja nicht in Südfrankreich oder auf den Malediven. Gerne arrangieren wir Ventilatoren auf Ihrem Zimmer. Alle Zimmer und Suiten sind ruhig gelegen, da wir inmitten eines großen Gartens liegen mit Obstbäumen und Bergblick. Über Nacht kühlt es bei uns in Kitzbühel ab und man kann mit offenem Fenster ruhig schlafen - dies ist unsere Empfehlung. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Familie Mag. von Pasquali mit dem Tennerhof-Team
