"After stayed with this hotel, I felt it is not worth to gain a five star or being one of the luxury hotel member as the hotel is lack of service. No proper parking at the hotel. Inquired extra bed by mailing and calling to the hotel many weeks and remind a few days before arrival but nothing happen, need to request again and the extra bed is not a bed...it's a single mattress lay down on the floor...Breakfast is normal, simple taste. Overall...I and friends don't feel relax with this vacation..."

"NOT AN ADULT ONLY HOTEL! it's a very family oriented hotel with one small adult only bit at the back. You still have to deal with screaming children and absent-minded parents at the breakfast buffet everyday. Don’t say it’s adults only. It's really big so you have to get around on a golf cart. "Whilst not a 5 star hotel (as it’s advertised) this property is incredible and very good value for the price. The beach outside is the best we’ve ever seen and the room design is perfect for families. We absolutely loved our stay here although the food/drinks are at a 3-star level. Just eat outside the hotel- amazing restaurants on the beach!"
