This hotel is out of the hustle and bustle of the city. We had to drive a ways to get good food. No good running hot water in the shower. Plus the beds were very hard, uncomfortable to sleep on. The breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean hotel

Staff are polite and helpful. This is our second time at this hotel and rooms were clean and neat apon entry. Pool is comfortable temperature.

Went to a chiefs game great location for that. Pretty much a straight shot to the stadium under 10 mins.

The woman that checked me in, whose name If I am remembering correctly was Tasha, was so very personable, friendly, patient, and welcoming. She was wonderful. The only thing I did not care for about my stay was that the freeway noise caused me to have trouble sleeping and my bed was not as comfortable as Hampton Inns that I have stayed at. I think the mattress was towards its end of life. But otherwise, everything else was great!

Christmas trip
Overall a good place, main concern was the sewer smell when first entering the room. After a couple flushes and turning on the fan it did get better. I did love the Christmas card and waters in the room!

The hotel was new and nicely maintained. All the staff was friendly and helpful. We were just passing through town with a day at the zoo and this hotel was very convenient for us to get to and easy to get back on the road again.

We booked a room with two queen beds. Ourselves and two people in front of us were all told that rooms were over booked and we all got one king bed with a pullout bed. So I ended up sleeping on a pullout couch which was extremely uncomfortable. It’s not what we paid for and the stay was miserable. We won’t be back.

Super clean! The staff was nice, the room layout was good, and the parking was easy. Only issue was the bathroom door. It was a barn door and it didnt lock. Other than that, it was a great stay!

From check in to check out, the property was amazing. The staff were extremely polite, professional, and helpful. I wanted to bring Ms. Jackie home with me!
