We stayed at this hotel during the Slurpee Cup tournament. The location was good, it was very convenient to get to the different fields. However, for CA$255 a night, I really expected more. There was no liquid body wash, just Dove bar soap, and on our 2nd night when I asked for another one (we were 4 people using the same tiny soap....!) the hotel ran out of it and I was given the basic hand bar soap they put near the sink.... I know it might sound patty, but for what I was paying, it was annoying. Another thing I didn't like, the coffee in our room was all decaf. I called the reception asking for regular coffee and they said I'm welcome to come downstairs and grab some. I was too exhausted so I didn't bother. Other than that, the breakfast is very basic, there wasn't even butter or sliced cheese. But it was OK. The pool was fine, my kids enjoyed it. However, we couldn't get the hot tub to work, seems like the clock that turns it on was broken. With that said, the staff was very welcoming and nice! Again, there wasn't anything terribly wrong with the hotel, it is just overpriced for what you actually get.

Breakfast was very disappointing. Paper plates and pathetic plastic cutlery. Knife had trouble cutting the round egg thing or the fried potatoe triangle. All utensils ended up in the garbage which is concerning. Positive is the EV charging. Much appreciated.

Unfortunately, the bad outweighs the good: Good: 1. the entire hotel including the room, pool area, and common area are very, very clean; 2. the room (4th floor) was very, very quiet. The AC worked well; 3. the staff do their best with what they have to work with, Bad: 1. No tub in bathroom, only a shower. The staff said none of the rooms have a bathtub. 2. No proper door for bathroom, only a sliding door which didn’t close all the way; 3. Sink in bathroom drains tooo slowly - obviously clogged;. 4. Room very tiny and cramped around the beds. furnishings chipped and scraped, and window barely opens a crack; c 5. Fridge in room did NOT have a freezer. Annoying - could not re-freeze ice packs for our cooler; 6. Hot tub in pool area was broken - jets/bubbles not working. No advance notice of this on website. 7. Parking lot entrance is on a curve , exit is busy and dangerous; 8. UN-walkable area, there are close by shops and food places but side walk keeps ending, a lot of dangerous parking lots to walk through.

Would not stay again. Reserved a pet friendly room and was given a room in disrepair over looking the parking lot backing on to the weight room which woke us up in the morning. Asked to move across the hall to a different pet friendly room and was told hotel was fully booked, flat out lie. Empty parking lot empty rooms across hall.

Breakfast hostess yesterday for over 30 mins promised more eggs, food. Sausages cold, heat had gone out. Never did get eggs, when I asked she said there coming, very unfriendly, looked like she hated her job. 2 yogurt left, she put out bananas, there were muffins and when everyone left croissants. Wasn’t much there for food. McDonald’s down the road, I would not pay extra for breakfast again because hardly food. Hash browns also cold threw out 3 sausages and a hash brown. Drank an orange juice and drove to McDonalds. Looks like they need to hire housekeeping. Dust along all baseboards in hall 2nd floor. My room had no Kleenex and was dirty in the shower. Hair by the sink.

Had everything we needed. Great complimentary breakfast. Kids loved the pool. Location was great for heading out to our ball tournament .

We loved that they have a separate sitting area which also comes with a sofabed, not too many options like this in Kamloops sadly. They also have complimentary breakfast. We didn’t get to use the pool as we arrived later driving from Vancouver but maybe next time

The manager informed me that he would process a full refund due to the poor room cleanliness (towels) and the double booking which caused me to change my business plans and fly home early. Expedia will reimburse my credit card once this feedback is provided.

We love the pool but unfortunately the hot tub was shut down. The male who checked us in, same as last time, is very friendly. We'd sat in the lounge area the first visit with brother, his wife and me, the sister since we'd not seen each other since last November. We were thirsty so the clerk said we could have drinks there and showed us how to turn it on and off. We thought this was very hospitable. Last evening when we did that again the female clerk said it was not available to us. My brother is a Diamond Member and me Platinum, for some inexpensive Peach drink. It was disappointing.

The hotel was clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. We asked for a baby bed at check in and within 10 min they provided us a baby bed. The breakfast was delicious with variety of options from eggs, yogurt, cereals, fresh make your own waffles option. Lovely experience:)
