酒店內環境和房間都讓人挺滿意，只是酒店的地理位置真要說明一下，對於不是開車直達酒店的旅客真的不太方便，雖然地圖顯示是在新山檢查站旁邊，但附近並沒有比較直接的路線能通往酒店，得繞一大段距離才能步行至酒店大堂，而且那段路程完全沒有斑馬線，拖著行李橫過車來車往的馬路真的挺危險，附近在大型施工還需要經過地盤工地，女性遊客可能需要考慮注意一下。

My 2nd stay here. Tried a bigger room. The location is ideal. Parking was easy - just note that they share parking with 2 other residences, so finding the designated parking may take some time. Reached between 3 and 4pm, but was informed that no rooms were available, which was shocking. The lady at the front desk managed to speed up the housekeeping and get a room for us.

Spacious room, gave off a comfortable feeling upon stepping in the room. Beds was clean,towel was clean, toilet and shower area was clean and spacious. The only down point is the toilet bowl gave off odour at the start but after half a day the odour dispensed. In a nut shell the room and environment is quite good and would definitely chopse this accomodation when re visiting JB

This is my third time staying here and I generally enjoy staying at this hotel. This time unfortunately it seemed that my room hadn't been cleaned properly. There was still food from from the previous occupant in the fridge and the shower had quite a few hairs in it.

Noisy hallways, randomly left us on 6th floor and other half of family on 29th, we booked last minute and then tried to cancel second night wouldn’t consider, construction and noise outside, horrible views, only thing nearby is immigration border crossing. Never again

Well appointed property that's just next to Malaysian CIQ. Room was big and comfortable and it looked very new. Price was very reasonable for what I experienced.

Disappointing Stay - Not Recommended
Firstly, it is very difficult to reach the hotel. It’s too near for Grab (driver was upset), too difficult and dangerous to walk over. Shuttle bus not working due to “breakdown”. Secondly, the sink and shower area draining has issue. Called the reception and was first sent housekeeping then the “engineer”. Engineer brought a plunger and the sink has a lot of gunk coming out. Gross. As for the shower area, nothing came up and drainage issue still persist. Tried showering and the water level was above ankle. Called again and engineer came - he mentioned that all other rooms faced the same issue, even after we showed them the video of the flooding. Do not book unless you are ok with your shower area flooding. Thirdly, toilet and sofa is pretty dirty. Used a tissue to wipe the sink area and it turned grey. Sofa wise, has a lot stains and spots. Lastly, do note that at 5.50am, there will be loud sound that last for 30mins or so. Loud enough to keep us up for the entire period. You should write this in the hotel description so that we can avoid booking
