Thank you for taking the time to share you helpful comments and we appreciate you staying with us. I completely understand your issue with the lack of AC in some areas and please know we are working hard to get it resolved as soon as possible. We placed an order for 7 rooftop AC units on March 15th of this year with an expected lead time of 20-24 weeks until delivery and installation. The manufacturer is making every attempt to speed up our order but they are limited due to the supply chain challenges. We are in constant contact with them to keep our order top of the list and we are pushing for the earliest delivery possible. I realize this does not resolve the issues during your stay but we truly are working hard to have it completely fixed as soon as possilbe.
