Further to your review, I greatly appreciate your comments about our rooms aspects, especially our room walls that need to be highlighted and updated. For your information, we have provided complimentary shuttle service to and from Soekarno Hatta Airport every 2 hours for our guests pick up transportation at their earliest convenience, which you have already used during your arrival. We also provide flexible time to pick up our guest at the airport according to their flight schedule. Our room booking system also clearly has stated that we receive room booking reservation with no shuttle payment in advance. In addition, we are also an integrated area of mall and hotel, therefore, every public vehicles entering the area will get the parking charge. Referring to your disappointment of the breakfast selection, we would also like to mention that Zest Hotel Airport Jakarta is a select service accommodation. We truly apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you in the near future.
