Michelle- I want to apologize for falling short during your stay, this is below our standard. We are doing a lot on the property currently to enhance our guests' experience and as the project moves forward some amenities are temporarily down for use. I know this is an inconvenience and we have things in place to provide alternative options for the majority of the closings. I do hope that you stay with us in the future and have the opportunity to see our finished project and give us the chance to provide you with a problem free stay. Mr. William- Thank you for your feedback. I want to apologize for the experience that you had during your stay. The housekeeping issues will definitely be discussed with our Housekeeping leadership team to ensure that it is an isolated incident. The issue with the homeless people across the street has been discussed with local law enforcement to try and combat that from interfering with our guest's experience. We are in the process of a full renovation and we look forward to providing our guests with a great stay in the future. Ms Amy- Thank you for your feedback, we did have the side doors accessible for our guests since the front entrance was under construction, however we also do provide security to ensure the safety of our guests. I apologize for the negative experience you had. We are so excited about our renovation and look forward to the project being completed and providing our guests with the experience they have come to love from Marriott properties.
