I liked the interior of the hotel, and the room was very comfortable. I was very disappointed in the breakfast. Maybe I was just hoping for more of a variety of food items. It seemed a little sparse to me. The waiter asked me if I wanted juice. I said yes. I asked for juice on both days and at check-out I was informed that there was a charge for this. The 2nd day when I received my juice it was not even a full glass. How disappointing!

Das beste Hotel in Beşiktaş! Die Lage ist hervorragend, junges cooles Viertel. Unterhalb sind super viele Cafés und Restaurants sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeitein. Es liegt in einer belebten Straße, von der man aber auf den Zimmern absolut nichts mitbekommt. Man hört weder seine Nachbarn noch sonstigen Lärm. Die Zimmer sind riesig, ausgestattet mit einem ankleidezimmer, einer kleinen Küchenzeile, einem großen Bad und einem großen Wohn-/Schlafraum. Die Zimmer sind absolut sauber und werden jeden Tag frisch gesäubert. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Extrawünschen wird sofort nachgegangen. Ich bin mehr als dankbar, so eine tolle Unterkunft gefunden zu haben. Herzlichen Dank für alles und bis zum nächsten Mal!

Staff was super helpful and friendly, called the airport to inquire about lust luggage. Make sure you ask for a non-smoking room. Breakfast starts a bit too late if you're on a work schedule.

The check-in process was very easy and quick, and the staff was very nice and he provided many details about the facility and the streets outside. He also arranged our taxi early in the morning to the airport. We highly recommend this hotel to others and will come back to stay next time!

Our bathtube was dirty with some kind of yellow water/juice. It was so bad that we felt like vomitting. After complaining about the condition we got a new room. On the next day the workers apologized and told us that they are investigating how it happened. They told us that they believe that we did it and told that us directly. That was a very provocative and unpolite. We would never ever go there again. We can't recommend this hotel at all.

Due to fluctuations in the power supply and occasional water interruptions, despite having a purification system in place, there may be instances when tap water appears cloudy. Our cleaning team ensures that the water is run and checked during cleaning hours to prevent this from affecting you, our valued guests. The water in your bathtub is also a result of this situation. There is no involvement of urine, waste, or any uncleanliness. We understand your concern and have taken all necessary precautions and checks to prevent any recurrence of this issue. Please rest assured that such a situation is more concerning to us than it is to you. We hope you enjoy the remainder of your stay.Kindly Regards,

Great spot to base yourself.
Hotel was just what we needed. Central , handy for public transport , close to the Bosphorus. Neighbourhood restaurants and shops nearby. Great bookshop/cafe a few doors away. Service in the hotel was excellent - very helpful desk staff , especially Seddam at night. Rooms spacious, air-conditioned with fridge , kettle etc.

GREAT STAFF.. Nice neighborhood, quiet place and few restaurants and shopping in 15mins walking but very very hilly, any types of mobility situations and it can be challenging! Limited English tv situations but good WIFI and hotel water!!

Very pleasant stay
It was very clean and comfortable room..ANd very good location if you want to be close to Nisantasi and Besiktas. There was no iron in the room but they provide upon request.

Thing I liked: 1) The staff is the most valuable thing this hotel has. 2) The location to me was great but some taxies refuse to drive you back there because of the traffic so they will ask for extra money well usually most taxi drivers will ask for extra 3) Places very close to the hotel location: there are many coffee shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and parks all around the place 3-7 min. Walk and the bosphorus is 7-10 min. Away also on foot. the only two things I didn’t like are: A. I really missed the microwave for fast heating B. Some hotel guests were complaining about the cold so they changed the whole hotel AC system into heat (even if you have it on cold) which made me sweat all the time and I couldn’t sleep well in the last 4-5 nights plus the heat gave me headache and lack of sleep, my wife also told me that she felt the heat too although she feel cold easily. The response of the staff was quick and very friendly but unfortunately they couldn’t help me on that, they suggested for me to open the windows but if i did there will be no privacy at all, the same scenario will happen if I close the curtains it will block the wind. On the other hand the number of guests wanted the heat cannot be ignored so I lived with the heat until the last (4-5) nights until my check-out. This is how I see about the hotel and I really appreciate the hotel staff all of them were amazing, cooperative and, friendly never felt unsafe with my two years old daughter running

The place was great and comfortable. I just do feel that there should be more lighting in the room. I wish we got a sea view room, that would have made things great. I also do feel that cleaning the room should be available 24 hours at the cost being charged per night. I also feel that unlimited water should also be provided to the guests like other hotels. Overall had a great time. The area is really nice. The rooms are spacious nd the cleanliness was good overall

Amazing!
If it was possible I would give the hotel 10 stars. Good location, spacious and clean rooms. Amazing staff!!! The person on reception in the late afternoon was exceptionally helpful! My baby was running fever, he found a doctor who came within 1 hour, he helped to sort out the booking when we had to stay one extra night. Overall great experience with this hotel.

That's why we felt the need to explain the issue, since you mentioned the situation regarding the late c/out and so that our guests do not get the wrong perception.
