The points you wrote have been fixed. we excuse about this case. the hotel area is a view of old city. the old city is a metropol, business center. after your visit we communicated with the your booking provider and they said us the guest must request the refund directly with us. we couldn't succeed about cancellation because of the cancellation policy of booking provider. our staff also said that when you request the refund amount, we accepted it without penalty and waived the charges.
