Good and affordable

A good hotel for a short stay. It provided free parking and about 20/25 min walk into city and Xmas markets. Was noisy at night as right on main road

All staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Amazing views from patio and our bedroom. Very nice breakfast with eggs cooked fresh. Given visitor card which gave us free bus travel.

Very nice place with very friendly staff, brekky was just a bit pricey for us which was a bit disappointing but great place otherwise.

We rented a deluxe room and were given a standard room. The room was very small and only had enough room for one chair. There was no cabinet space or closet space available. We have been to 19 countries in 4 continents, and this was the smallest room we have ever been provided.

O local era muito próximo do centro, o atendimento dos funcionários foi perfeito ganhamos passe de onibus e todas as informações necessárias q foram solicitadas. O quarto era bem pequeno estão caso vc tenha malas grandes terá um pouco de trabalho, não ha elevador e os lencois estavam manchados.

Friendly and welcoming

Turned up 1 hour before check in time hoping we could just park at the hotel and check in later, but the man at reception could not have been more helpful. He managed to check us in early, and gave us some vouchers to use for the cable car. Really sweet. Room was nice, hotel is 10 minute walk to old town. Even has a waterfall out the back. Great place.

Easy walk to town - some rooms look over the Inn river. Family run hotel - they made a real effort to look after us.

Hotel tranquilo e silencioso

O hotel é super bonitinho, um pouco afastado do centro mas o táxi é bem baratinho. O local é bem silencioso, os funcionários do hotel são bem cordiais e simpáticos. O café da manhã é ótimo e a vista nem se fala. Se for chegar após as 19 entre em contato com hotel pois não fica ninguém na recepção.

Very pleasant. Excellent breakfast.

It's a lovely hotel most conveniently located. Breakfast was excellent, totally worth the additional €8. Only downside was that the wifi didn't work well in the bedroom, and, going down to the lobby area it was rather slow, but that should be a small issue in a mountain town retreat eh?

Great location & parking

Very convenient location with a 10 minute, flat walk into the city. Good parking, so close to town. The staff were delightful & allowed us to check-in early, even though they were still cleaning.

Friendly family run hotel.

Had a nice walk into the town centre of Innsbruck . Loads things to see, and lots of shops if that's what your after. Prices were slightly higher than other areas.

Hotel at the foot of the mountains

Lovely hotel at the foot of the mountains. Stayed for 2 nights on a hiking trip. Hotel owner was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Would stay again.

La montagne

L'hotel est situé près du centre à pied, vers un arrêt de bus ou un Hop on Hop off ou encore avec le funiculaire qui vous amène au Congress ou tout en haut de la Nordkette à 7000 pieds. Le staff est plaisant mais peu présent. Parfois, avant 19h, la porte de la réception est verrouillée et plus personne pour du service quel qu'il soit. La chambre est accueillante et propre.

The front desk receptionists were incredibly helpful and friendly going above and beyond with any questions we had about the area. The breakfast cost extra but it was very much to our liking. It was an easy walk to the shops, restaurants, and churches. We could walk out of the hotel and easily find a hiking trail. We would definitely stay here again.

Happy stay in Innsbuck

We were welcomed nicely, and the owner/manager couldn't do enough to make us feel at home, offering good advice about Innsbruck, and helping with our cases. Very noisy traffic was the only real minus point
