Very good hotel for the price , staffs are helpful and friendly , comfortable room , great breakfast . The hotel is in short walking distance to the walking street.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, my concern is the height of the bathtub from the floor. My room had a shower over the bath arrangement and it took a big step to get into and out of the bathtub, there is a lack of handrails and this,arrangement may not be suitable for the elderly or infirm. The matter could be solved with a secured external step and handrail. I highly recommend this property in all other respects.

ホテル自体の老朽化は否めませんが、お部屋は清潔に保たれており、お値段から考えると非常にお得です。 スタッフは皆さん親切で、受付の方はチェックイン時に地図を用いて説明してくれます。朝食会場の方も色々気遣ってくれます。受付横にあるお店の方は日本語が話せて、困ったことがあったら言ってねと至れり尽くせりです。 朝食も少しずつおかずが変わり、卵料理とブンボーフエはその場で作ってくれます。そして、果物の種類が豊富！時間帯にもよるのですが、ジャックフルーツやロンガンなど他のホテルでは見かけなかったフルーツも置いてありました。 施設の老朽化のためか、表示ランプが壊れており、掃除が必要ない時でも毎日掃除が入ります。あと、エレベーターが2台しかなく混雑し、上下の表示も違うことがあるので、思っている階に辿り着くのに時間がかかる事もあります。

Very likeable abd convenient for bars and restaurants. The cherish does have a bar which is part of the restaurant area and is very univiting and closed at 22.00. They really should Manea separate area snd it give it some character and make it inviting.

Fantastic, friendly staff, ready to assist with all travel questions. Quiet room, excellent and huge breakfast buffet. Great location, with easy walking to lots of restaurants and coffee shops.

Comfortable and excellent value
OK, the Cherish is a little dated, but definitely not tired. Everything is of a good standard, everything is in good condition, and everything works Wonderful staff, great breakfast. Super value for money. The hotel is in a great location near walking street. A great place for a night out.

Totally wonderful three night stay. Staff are very efficient and helpful, and buffet breakfast was excellent. Tremendous value, and will return again.

Who ever gave this hotel a 4 star rating needs to lose his/her job. It’s a 2 star max. The headboards had wheels, cracks everywhere, paint chipped, stains on bed sheets. And there was no tub, which is stated on the amenities. We had issues with both the toilet and air conditioning our first day. The staff, however, was kind and prompt to address the issues. The property condition definitely does not match the pictures or reviews posted. I’m disappointed with Expedia’s false advertisement of this location.

The Cherish Hotel was in a great location with many restaurants and cafes near the hotel. The hotel itself was very quiet and comfortable. Definitely a great value.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was great with a lot of varieties. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was ideal. Highly recommend!

素晴らしい対応
かなり早い到着でしたが、快く直ぐにチェックインして下さり、とても助かりました。受付の皆さんはじめ、スタッフの皆さんはいつも笑顔で対応して下さり、気持ちが良かったです。人気のお店やお勧めを教えて頂き、とても有り難かったです。お部屋も清潔で、気持ち良く過ごせました。今回1番印象に残ったことは、ホテルのセーフティボックスに全ての貴重品を忘れてしまい、気付いたら時はもう次のホテルに移動してしまっていたのですが、相談したところ、次の宿泊先まで無料で届けて下さいました。ダナンのホテルだったので、かなり遠かったのですが、快くご対応下さいました。本当に感謝の気持ちでいっぱいでした。受付のイーネイスさんはじめ、マネージャーに感謝いたします。ありがとうございました。 次回フエを訪れることがありましたら、必ずチェリッシュホテルを利用したいと思います。

Value for money and good location in Hue
The front desk staff especially Anh was very helpful. The location of the hotel is good, within walking distance to Hanh Restaurant and Pho Di Bo Walking Street. Good breakfast spread with fabulous view of Hue city as the cafe is located on 10th floor of the hotel

A lovely quality hotel
The hotel is everything a 4 star hotel should be. When we arrived, our temperature was measured and we had to fill a form concerning our health - a sign of these covid times. There is no sauna, even if the hotel information claims so.
